MacroSolve Inc (MCVE) Announces Lawsuit Against Target Corp. for Mobile App Patent Infringement
MacroSolve's patent addresses mobile information collection systems across all wireless networks, smartphones, tablets, and rugged mobile devices, regardless of carrier and manufacturer.
MacroSolve Inc (MCVE) is back in court! The company announced yesterday that it has filed a lawsuit against retail giant Target Corp (NYSE:TGT) for alleged patent infringement related to MacroSolve's U.S. patent #7,822,816.
MacroSolve Inc (MCVE) has been filing lawsuits against companies of all shapes and sizes for several years now in hopes of protecting what we believe could be one of the most valuable patents ever issued!
We consulted our legal experts when we couldn't find the results of any MCVE patent infringement lawsuits, who told us that most of these lawsuits are settled out of court with a non-disclosure clause, making it illegal for either side to report the results.
However, our legal experts pointed out that MCVE must have been winning (which includes settling out of court) at least the majority of its cases, since as little as 1 single loss could be enough to get future lawsuits thrown out based on precedence alone! The truth is, the simple fact that MCVE continues to file new patent infringement lawsuits with basically the exact same template tells me that they must be seeing some kind of success from their efforts!
Could MCVE give up 200% or greater returns for our subscribers for the second time in less than a year? At these prices, it's very possible!
MacroSolve Inc (MCVE) is a premier developer of mobile applications for every current platform, and has developed numerous mobile application products for clients like FSC Pharmaceuticals, JD Young, Northeastern State University, Bootcamp Tulsa, The Brook, First Christian Church, Fieldhouse USA, Restaurant Week, Southern Hills Country Club, Texas Golf Association, University of Tulsa and many more!
MCVE even has several mobile application suites being offered through its growing B2B sales network. License sales for these app suites--SaleSentral, DineSentral and GuardianSentral--have been a primary source of revenue for the company for some time now, making the patent lawsuits (and any potential settlement awards) a secondary revenue stream at best!
The truth is, MacroSolve (MCVE) and its d/b/a Illume Mobile are consistently at the forefront of mobile technology and most importantly, monetization of this technology, one of the biggest stumbling blocks for today's companies in the mobile space!
Whether through the flexible partner programs the company developed to engage other organizations and encourage interaction and content sharing, or the development and deployment of yet another award-winning mobile product, MCVE seems to have broken the code when it comes to capitalizing on mobile technology!
MCVE (as of right now) is a perfect bounce play, straight out of the "Day Trading for Dummies" handbook! This play has never even seen $0.04 until yesterday, and you can bet it won't be making a home here! This sluggish summer market has created a situation that won't last, but could generate solid profits for some savvy traders!
If you're a savvy trader who likes the "early bird" bargains, but with the security of knowing that the returns are there, then MCVE is your play!
