IMDC's strategy of allowing consumers to utilize their current phones and televisions to maximize the possibilities of what IPTV  technologies offers is a BOOMING market, especially as more applications on cell phones are implemented and the convergence of these technologies can be utilized on other devices such as televisions.
Remember that IPTV service revenues will approach fourteen billion in 2012, growing from six hundred ninety four million in 2007.

Another factor that traders could consider is the support that IMDC has displayed on Level 2 which suggests minimized downsize risk.  Below is a snapshot of the bid support that was showing on my trading platform before the market closed at $0.25 on the "ask"...

As I mentioned earlier, the flurry of news is exciting and a sign that Company has been very active in pursuing market share from this BOOMING market.                                             
After the initial uptick, there was a dip that allowed many traders to capitalize on and the opportunity to grab shares at lower prices.  Overall, heavy buyside activity with little selling occurred, especially once the daytime rebound occurred which pushed the shares back upwards.  
Keep watching IMDC this week since I expect more volume over the next couple of days.
