The New PERFECT Chart Setup, Trendy Craft Beer Behemoth is DKAM - Drinks Americas Holdings
Drinks Americas (DKAM) is the exclusive United States broker for leading premium authentic Mexican beers currently present in over 32 states. The Company is on target to be the leading broker for Mexican beers in each state in which it operates. Drinks Americas' leading premium authentic Mexican beer brands include specialty Day of the Dead Craft Beer, Mexicali(TM), Rio Bravo(TM), Red Pig(TM) and Chili Beer(TM), which are all brewed in Mexico's third largest brewery, single family owned since 2006, Cerveceria Mexicana, utilizing state of the art processes, fermentation and aging systems. Drinks Americas' brands continue to forge strong connections with consumers through some of the largest retailers and restaurants in the country. The Company is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and trades under the ticker symbol "DKAM."
I love a good old fashioned, beautifully technical, candlestick chart play. Doji candlesticks have been responsible for some of my best alerts of all time. And "Hammer Doji" plays are super rare, but always worthwhile when they can be found.
Today's our lucky day, because I found one...and it has a LOT more going for itself than just a nice chart setup and sizzling hot technicals.
There’s a big shift happening in the beer industry and leading that shift is what is known as Craft Beer.
Right now it’s the biggest thing in beer and in 2013 the industry contributed more than $33 billion to the US economy – no small feat when you consider the tremendous competition in the alcoholic beverages market. Super popular and trendy.
DKAM is taking on this competition head on and right now the company is making beautiful progress.
Craft brewers contributed $33.9 billion to the U.S. economy last year, the Brewers Association said last month in a new study!
Wall Street is truly waking up the popularity of craft beer. As this awakening increases, I believe the interest in DKAM will explode exponentially.
The .015 price level seems to have served as support for much of 2014. It seems to be the lowest consistent "support" price level established this year. To me, that means right now is the exact best possible entry point to maximize your gain potential on a beautiful bounce play.
If DKAM does pop based on its bullish technical setup, then traders will be in for a treat.
Volume is on the rise over the past few months, and DKAM is getting ready to showcase its beer at several high profile beer events this year.
All that is a recipe for gains so don’t hesitate to start your research. The sooner you do the sooner you can get down to the business of capitalizing on this company’s incredible profit potential.
DKAM has a sick chart, so let's take a peek at it:
In my personal opinion, it clearly looks like DKAM has an awesome candlestick chart setup for a big rally!
The .015-.016 area seems to be a great bit of strong support. But in addition to the share price bouncing off of a solid looking support level, we have something even better.
We have a clear multi-day downtrend, finished off with a "Hammer Doji," which is one of the most powerful and reliable "Reversal Indicators" in the world!
A hammer doji is a certain type of candle that you often see at the very end of a downtrend, and it signals a reversal, meaning the stock may now change directions and begin to uptrend. Given the fact that we're dealing with a 1-2 cent stock, the bounce we see of a hammer doji could be an epic triple digit move.
Take a look at some of this info and pics of Hammer Dojis.
(From http://www.onlinetradingconcepts.com/TechnicalAnalysis/Candlesticks/Hammer.html)
"The Hammer candlestick formation is a significant bullish reversal candlestick pattern that mainly occurs at the bottom of downtrends."
DKAM’s a well-documented "Momentum Monster" when it gets hot. In fact, momentum is well reflected in the gains made over the last few months, including the 622% added to lower valuations since October.
DKAM recently announced plans to showcase its flagship beer called Day of the Dead at several high profile beer shows in 2014. This includes Wine and Spirits Wholesalers 71st Annual Convention & Exposition in Vegas, happening at Caesars Place April 8 – 10th, 2014. That could be MAJOR exposure for DKAM a little over a month from now. Could that create a major rally running up to the massive exposure DKAM may receive in the next month?
DKAM’s expansion continues with the company recently announcing the sale of its beer in Puerto Rico.
I know what you're all thinking. Once any company makes it to the Promised Land of Puerto Rico, their path is paved with gold for the rest of eternity and investors simply cannot go wrong. While that sounds great, sadly I must admit that is not the case. In fact, I feel the lower the share price, the more volatile and dangerous the stock becomes. Volatility is what we love, what we live for! Volatility = Extreme Profit Potential. But the reason I include this warning in every alert is because on the other hand, Volatility = Extreme Loss Potential. Be sure to trade carefully, verify facts regarding companies and legitimacy of companies yourself with help of licensed professional before trading, etc, etc.
*** Be sure to trade with caution and to verify all information for yourself before trading. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before trading any alert. You may easily lose your entire investment. In my personal opinion, the vast majority of companies alerted in this newsletter are too risky for traditional investment, and are discussed here purely from a short-term/daytrading perspective. All traders should have substantial experience before engaging in the exceptionally risky process that is trading small, micro and nano-cap equities. ***
Folks at home, don't worry. It's not all doom and gloom, warnings and caution signs.
I just like to get that out of the way so we can all focus on what a sizzling hot opportunity we have right in front of us.
The totally amazing nature of this play can be summed up nicely by this quote from DKAM's latest press release:
Just seven months ago DKAM decided to focus resources on the growing category of specialty craft beer and within that short period of time they are now available in over 20 U.S. chain retailers such as CostPlus World Market, Walgreens, Sprouts, Total Wines, represented by over 40 distributors and in popular restaurant chains making Day of the Dead Craft Beer available in over 32 states.
This company has their products on the shelves of some of the US's Biggest Retailers, yet the stock is miraculously under $1. Not just under $1, but barely over a penny. That's a trading opportunity that's beyond ridiculous, it's completely unheard of!
Even more remarkable, DKAM achieved in 7 months what most Craft Beer makers NEVER achieve, shelf space in America's top retailers.
If DKAM can get on some of the most desirable and competitive shelf space in the WORLD within just 7 months, what does the future hold from here?
And who in their right mind wouldn't want to profit from this insanely rare opportunity...at a cost of a penny or two per share??
I think a LOT of investors are going to see things that way. And you know what that means. Aggressive traders with a "near-term" outlook can potentially swoop in and make IMMENSE quick cash off all of these bullish longer-term investors. And that means MAJOR profit potential for us all...
