AXXE has been putting out a ton of news, and traders are taking notice. Just take a look at this:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=AXXE+Headlines
AXXE is one of the very few OTC companies that is super active and consistent when it comes to issuing Press Releases. And we all know...press releases can get traders excited. REALLY excited.
As many of you know, I don't really care about the news these companies put out. Some might be "unscrupulous." The supply of scruples is usually very low, lower than their floats. They know that most traders actually do like and respond to news, so they put out a press release every time the CEO passes gas in the boardroom, or whenever they sign a silly non-binding piece of paper to formally announce they think they're going to do something.
In fairness, the financial media doesn't cover these small companies whatsoever, so they have to do something to try and get investors attention. After all, they did go through the trouble and expense of becoming, and staying...a public company.
The point I'm making is AXXE actually regularly announces news that DOES appear to have actual, real, true significance. That's an exceptionally rare thing in the OTC market, and I believe it's part of the reason AXXE has such a large following among traders.
Based on the amount and significance of Press Releases, AXXE has got to be one of the top most interesting companies in the entire OTC market.
Just take a look at this really exiting press release, which is also their most recent:

Axxess Pharma Retains Natural Products Consulting Institute "NPCI" for Health Canada Approval of TapouT High Potency Omega-3 Fish Oil and TapouT Turbo Blend Protein Powder
NPCI Client List Includes Johnson and Johnson, Kellogg's, Kraft Foods, Pfizer and General Mills
TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2014) - Axxess Pharma Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AXXE), a specialty pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements company, is pleased to announce through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AllStar Health Brands Inc., that they have retained Natural Products Consulting Institute (NPCI), to submit their TapouT high-potency Omega-3 Fish Oil and TapouT Turbo Blend Protein Powder to Health Canada for Canadian approval and sales.
NPCI is well established for providing comprehensive product-based consulting services. Their client list includes Johnson and Johnson, Kellogg's, Kraft Foods, Pfizer, General Mills and ConAgra.
"Based on the early success of our TapouT Turbo Blend Protein Powder in the US and high volume of inquiries from distributors and retail chains in Canada we have decided to fast-track the approvals with Health Canada for our Fish Oil and Protein Powder," stated Dr. Bagi, President of AllStar Health Brands. "We expect to be able to have product on the shelves in Canada within 30 days of submitting the application. Canada, like the US, has seen phenomenal growth in Food Supplements and Vitamins & Minerals as all demographic segments especially baby-boomers look to improve Quality of Life and overall health."
AWESOME!
AXXE is now moving up in the world and working with a company who services the most famous brands on Earth, like Johnson and Johnson, Kraft, General Mills, etc.
They're targeting CANADA, and boy did they pick a powerhouse of a partner.
Not only that, but in a very recent PR just weeks ago AXXE is claiming they believe they will significantly increase sales for 2015!

All I can say is WOW! AXXE could get interesting in a HURRY. But still, no matter how incredible any setup looks, always use caution.
*** Be sure to trade with caution and to verify all information for yourself before trading. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before trading any alert. You may easily lose your entire investment. In my personal opinion, the vast majority of companies alerted in this newsletter are too risky for traditional investment, and are discussed here purely from a short-term/daytrading perspective. All traders should have substantial experience before engaging in the exceptionally risky process that is trading small, micro and nano-cap equities. WATCH OUT FOR GAPS ON EVENING ALERTS! ***
Look at this chart:
Earlier this year AXXE went from .15 to .50 on HUGE volume for a 233% gain.
Now AXXE looks to be at a support level, and could possibly use it as a trampoline to push forward hard.
Stay glued to AXXE like a maniac. This could turn into something special.

Don’t ever invest based on the info or statements of this newsletter. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before investing, only invest what you are prepared to lose. The performance of all alerts uncompensated and compensated in no way predict the performance of current and/or upcoming alerts. Check the latest SEC filings before investing, and research other information on the risks of investing in microcap companies at www.sec.gov
I would also like to explain to you in simple plain language, instead of overly complex and confusing "disclaimer language" many other newsletters use, exactly how I make money from operating this newsletter.
I am what is known as a STOCK PROMOTER!
That means I get paid to promote public companies. An "alert" is really a promotion. Check disclaimers and you will see this is the case at virtually all penny market newsletters. Many of you assume I make money by getting paid in stock, or something of that nature. This is not the case. I make money by getting paid in cash, not stock. Specifically, wire transfers in USD to my US based bank account. This is the way most newsletters you read operate, and how they make money too.
Sometimes I also have issued alerts where I get no payment and do not expect payment, and I just put out the alert at my own discretion. Typically speaking, most alerts I issue are promotions for which I am paid. You can always find this info in the disclaimer below.
Furthermore, while I always aggressively state the risks and dangers of trading my alerts, there is a danger that has recently come to my attention. Various individuals in this "industry" have been accused of issuing press releases and/or general company info for various OTC companies that is false, fraudulent, exaggerated, and so on and so forth. This means, even if you do very thorough due diligence on a stock, it is always possible that someone involved with the stock may have put false or exaggerated information out there that could be part of your research. There are only a few cases that I am personally aware of, but how widespread this issue is, is unfortunately unknown. You should keep this in mind when considering taking any trading action. This is further reason, in my personal opinion, why these OTC companies are not suitable for anything resembling a traditional investment. (Long term gains are extremely rare)

We have been compensated twenty thousand dollars cash via bank wire for a one day AXXE advertising campaign by a third party, Ramos and Ramos, which is currently active. In the past we have been compensated twenty thousand dollars cash via bank wire for a one day promotion by Ramos and Ramos, which has now expired. Prior to that, we have been paid forty two thousand dollars cash via bank wire for a one day promotion, and twenty five thousand dollars cash via bank wire for a one day promotion, both are now expired, totalling one hundred and seven thousand dollars (including current campaign) paid in total from Ramos and Ramos for AXXE advertising. We have also been compensated fifty thousand dollars cash via bank wire for a previous AXXE advertising campaign by a different third party, Ramm Venture Development, which is also expired. All compensation, expired or current, should still be considered as a cause of bias. In total, we have been compensated one hundred and thirty seven thousand for AXXE promotional marketing. Focus Media’s business model is to receive financial compensation to promote public companies. This compensation is a major conflict of interest in our ability to be unbiased regarding AXXE. Therefore, this communication should be viewed as a commercial advertisement only. We have not investigated the background of the hiring third party or parties. The third party, profiled company, or their affiliates likely wish to liquidate shares of the profiled company at or near the time you receive this communication, which has the potential to hurt share prices. Any non-compensated alerts are purely for the purpose of expanding our database for the benefit of our future financially compensated investor relations efforts. Frequently companies profiled in our alerts may experience a large increase in volume and share price during the course of investor relations marketing, which may end as soon as the investor relations marketing ceases. The investor relations marketing may be as brief as one day, after which a large decrease in volume and share price is likely to occur.
