Axxess Pharma(AXXE)has had strong interest from several large overseas companies to market and sell its TapouT line of products in Europe, Asia and Australia. Axxess intends to aggressively market its line of premium all-natural pain-relief products world-wide.
The TapouT brand is highly recognizable, especially in Asia and Brazil. Through TapouT's sponsorship of UFC events, Axxess plans to piggyback on its strong brand awareness and substantial loyal customer base.
At the end of last year AXXE received a signed term sheet from TCA Global Credit Masters Fund (TCA) to secure a 4M revolving line of credit. Anticipated closing date for the deal was 14 days which means that now the money is in the bank.
We know that AXXE TapouT Pain Relief Products are selling really, really well. They are exploding off the shelves; we know this because the Company just announced that the initial orders from Victory Brands, a leading Canadian distributor have SOLD OUT of TapouT!
