“The announcement takes place as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) declared Valmie's S-1 Registration Statement filing effective as of March 29, 2016, authorizing the company to access up to $2.5 million in equity financing over the next 24 months.”

In 2015, world sales hit 4.3 million units, worth about $1.7 billion. That is a 167% jump in just two years.
Some of the world's top industrial firms including Qualcomm, Intel, GE, and Boeinghave already invested 
in startups focused on drones. The industry will generate $2.3 billion in capital inv. in the US market in 2016.
According to a new market research report the global UAV drones market is expected to reach USD $5.59 Billion by 2020, at an estimated CAGR of 32.22% between 2015 and 2020.
DJI Innovations is the biggest player in the drone space. Last May, it was valued at $10 billion… nearly six times the current market cap of GoPro!
Conclusion:
There are far more highlights in the drone markets these days than I can possibly list here.
Valmie is one player in this space that we’ve been watching for more than a year now.
We’ve seen VMRI run for over 200% in the past.
Since falling to .10 in January it has steadily risen over the past couple of months, building a beautiful, solid chart.
It has climbed all the way back to .24, where it closed today on growing volume.
But VMRI has a 52-week high of 1.99!
If it were to see that 1.99 level again it would represent a percentage move of over 729%.
I don’t think anyone is expecting VMRI to see that level in the short-term, yet even a fraction of that could be very exciting.
Currently at .24 there could be a significant upside.
