Good EveningTraders!
Today’s alert is based on a rock-solid premise: Water is the New Crisis.
Most of us are sheltered most of the time from the harsh realities of this emerging problem. But the simple fact is, clean drinkable water is short on supply, but infinitely inelastic on the demand side. People cannot go without it. There is nothing more certain in this world.
However, there is one caveat to this story: Water is only short on supply in liquid form. It turns out the air is full of water. We walk around in the stuff all the time. As the CEO of today’s alert states, “Even if all 6.7 billion people on earth used water from water vapor processors at the rate of 13 US gallons per day, they would only consume .002% of the available atmospheric water.”
In other words, the crisis can definitely have a happy ending. OGNG is part of that solution. And we think they might make buckets of money along the way.

New Trade Alert: Bravo Enterprises Ltd. (OTCMKTS: OGNG)
OGNG is a turnaround story: The stock is showing every sign of making a major bottom so far in May. And with this morning’s news, the picture is starting to look like a Huge Opportunity that you can take advantage of right now.
But, more on that in a minute. First, here’s the quick low-down on OGNG:
The company is a manufacturer and distributor of atmospheric water harvesting machines for consumer and commercial sales. The company’s Flagship product is called the AirMax 3000. It has augmented this product with its AquaPhere line, which produce between 28-60 liters per day for the home or office.
These devices have generated a lot of attention for their extreme efficiency and high quality output (the water is akin to ionized water, which is more desirable and healthy due to a pH balance of 7 or greater).
The company also puts out a line of commercial and industrial atmospheric water machines (the AquaCube line). OGNG has been in the news on this front most prominently as it gained FEMA approval as a powerful solution during disaster relief efforts, when atmospheric water can mean the difference between life and death. These machines can produce between 200-5000 liters of clean drinking water per day!
In addition to marketing through www.SplashWaterForLife.com, OGNG sales will register through www.myric.com, www.uswatersystems.com, www.eartheasy.com, and www.firefoxsolutions.com.
The New News…
For all of this, we held off putting this one in front of you because we felt it needed one more key ingredient: A powerful market penetration and distribution plan where the office water cooler market is concerned.
This morning, that piece was added to the puzzle: Bravo Aggressively Sells Atmosphere Water Coolers to Offices With New Distributor.
This is huge news. It places OGNG instantly at the head of the class for the average office water cooler. Imagine, a water cooler that fills itself!
That’s what has always excited us about OGNG: The huge potential. Now, with a market penetration angle in non-crisis contexts, we think that potential is about to be tapped, which will support a huge new increase in investor excitement and share price.
For all of this good news, it comes in the context of a huge market need for the basic technology. Like the solar energy battle, the atmospheric water shift has to happen. Someone will win this game. California is right now having its worst water crisis in over 100 years. The middle east now has a maxim that water is more valuable than oil. There is simply not enough clean drinking water in this world at this point, and the problem is only going to get worse unless we push toward atmospheric sources.
But the winner in that race won’t be crowned for a while. And in the meantime, there will be a lot of life to every stock in that race. OGNG is among the competitors, with a genuine, viable market solution in place right now. That’s why we think this one presents such a huge opportunity at these prices.
Recent Action…
The stock has come way down in price over the past 4-6 months, and now sets up as an amazing value, particularly as topline revenue growth should be coming off the low base as well, making a 100% or greater growth Q/Q a very easy target to reach.
The market seems to know this now as well, with the stock starting to rally on a massive increase in volume so far in May. We have already rallied nearly 100% this month, but RSI is still under 50 (46), suggesting we aren’t even close to overbought on the move.
That’s why we’re amped about this one: The stock is now showing positive momentum on growing volume after trading down to a huge discount and then announcing a game-changing shift in strategy that should directly result in a big pop to topline growth.

About OGNG
OGNG (Bravo Enterprises Ltd.) is a manufacturer and distributor of atmospheric water harvesting machines for consumer and commercial sales.
OGNG’s technology is geared toward the production of clean, safe drinking water for human consumption. The company is also stepping up its e-commerce presence.
OGNG’s harvesters will produce up to 3000 gallons of drinking water per day depending on the location of the machine and the humidity in the location at any given day.
Top Investor Highlights
• OGNG is a leading manufacturer and distributor for a product that is a viable solution to one of the most central crises in the world today: the water shortage. A study from the Pacific Institute of Oakland, Calif., which monitors global water and security issues, reports a fourfold increase in violent confrontations over water in the last 10 years. This will only grow in terms of mainstream press coverage.
• OGNG just announced a new distribution relationship through H&H Coffee & Water Ltd (H&H). The move is part of a new strategy to actively go after the office water cooler market, where OGNG should have a HUGE advantage over existing competitors.
• OGNG has already been officially recognized by FEMA, and is extremely well-suited to see many major contracts with local, state, and national governments here and abroad, and we expect a litany of headlines to ensue to that effect going forward as the company shows its sustainable drinking water technology to the world.
• OGNG has just 27 mln shares floating, with a very strong value case in place. In combination with a strong PR effort, this should take this stock through the roof with nothing in the way of major overhead supply acting as an obstacle.
OGNG Aggressively Sells Atmosphere Water Coolers to Offices With New Distributor
NEW YORK, May 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bravo Enterprises Ltd. (OGNG) reports that the Company has signed with a distributor to actively target office water cooler suppliers in the United States.
Bravo has signed a distribution partnership agreement with H&H Coffee & Water Ltd (H&H). More information can be found on the distributor at www.watercoffeevendingservice.com. H&H specializes in servicing: Office & Office Complexes, Hotels, Nursing & Assisted Living Facilities, School, Auto Dealerships and Hospitals. H&H gives clients an option to buy or lease the machines, both ideal opportunities for the end user.
"Water coolers have long been a necessity for all offices, so it only makes sense that we attack the market aggressively and get our machines in the market place nationwide," states Matt Kelly, Director of Bravo.
The Company is currently negotiating on an exclusive distributorship for the states of Texas and Florida for its entire line of air to water machines, which include the Air Max 3000, the AquaBox, and all the AquaPhere and AquaCube Models.
In Summary, OGNG has an extremely marketable narrative in place, especially considering the ramping prominence of water-shortage-related items constantly in the press.
We also like the small float and rising use of the PR budget.
But the main thing I want you to take away from this is: OGNG is going to be a real player… the stock is very clearly establishing new positive momentum off the lows and just released huge news this morning that should be a game-changer for the company going forward.
So, be alert tomorrow morning. The down side of a small float micro-cap like this is it can take off without you if you don’t have a plan coming in.
