My 8 is Great Alert is UMDI - USmart Mobile Device
About USmart Mobile Device
The Company is currently engaged in the production, manufacturing and distribution of smartphones, electronic products and components in Hong Kong and China through its operating subsidiaries and VIE.
Through the acquisition of Jussey Investments Limited ("Jussey") on September 28, 2012, USmart diversified its product portfolio and customer network, obtained design and manufacturing capabilities, and tapped into the blooming telecommunication industry with access to the 3G baseband licenses.
Previously, as a Samsung memory components distributor, the Company had been primarily engaged in the business of distributing Samsung branded memory products which principally comprised Dynamic Random Access Memory ("DRAM"), Graphic Random Access Memory ("Graphic RAM") and Flash memory components in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and People’s Republic of China (the "PRC" or "China") markets through its wholly owned subsidiary Atlantic Components Limited ("Atlantic"), a Hong Kong incorporated company. After April 1, 2012, Atlantic transferred its business relating to Samsung distributorship to a new joint venture, ATMD (Hong Kong) Limited ("ATMD"), in which the company holds a 30% equity interest, and continues its business by providing various brands of memory products to its customers.

Where to begin, where to begin. UMDI has so many amazing things going for it that are going to shock you, I literally don't know where to begin. Let's start with how tiny this company is.
$147k listed marketcap. Good Lord!!
But the float...
The float is listed at a mere share count of 9.19 million. Multiply that by the current share price of $0.0037, and it shows you that...
UMDI's current total float of the ENTIRE company is an astoundingly microscopic $34k.
Anything below $1 million I often see as explosive enough to potentially generate a quadruple digit gain.
UMDI is about 33 times smaller than that!
That is ridiculous.
But look at the Level 2 and the financials and it gets so beyond ridiculous, that the profit potential here has actually become serious as a heart attack.
Take a look at this Level 2 screen taken near yesterday's close:
Wow!
This is possibly the craziest Level 2 yet.
There are only TWO little levels showing on the ask between the current price, and a whopping $1.25.
That's well over a 33,000% gain. Holy cow! That's like turning $1,000 into over $330,000. Good Lord!!
Now of course I'm definitely NOT saying that will happen. In fact, I don't even think a gain that large is...physically possible. But you've got to love a Level 2 that's so incredibly wide open and friendly looking. Even more shocking than that, is the fact that I believe the financial statements look even more enticing than the Level 2 screen.
The financials here are actually, quite literally, shocking. They are so shocking, they almost make it look like a 33,000% gain is what is appropriate here!
Take a look:
UMDI has been bringing in million and millions per year, going way back!
Do you see those numbers?
In 2011 UMDI brought in Total Revenue of about $369 MILLION!
$161 MILLION in 2012, and $72 MILLION in 2013.
That means in 2011 and 2012 combined UMDI brought in Total Revenue of well over half a BILLION dollars!
These are the highest revenue numbers from an OTC company I have ever seen, by far, in my entire life. That's no exaggeration.
I'm not just saying this as part of my usual hype song and dance. I felt the genuine emotional sensation of SHOCK when I saw those revenue numbers. It's that amazing.
UMDI's Price to Sales ratio is 0.01.
The revenue here is mind-blowing. How can a stock bring in over half of a BILLION dollars in revenue in 2 years, and still be a "penny" company? No...a SUB penny! Worth barely over 1/3rd of 1 cent.
It's the most powerful setup I've seen in quite a while, and that's also no exaggeration.
Let me be clear though, obviously UMDI's revenue is going in the WRONG direction. In fact, UMDI's overall financial performance is a tsunami of disaster and disappointment. (Much like my "love life")
But based solely on the company's revenue history, combined with how tiny the float is...I genuinely cannot understand how UMDI is below $5. Under $5 seems very low, but anywhere under $1 seems insane to me.
The quarterly financial data looks worse at first glance, but it's actually better. True NET income has been actually running at a MUCH smaller loss the most recent reported 6 months, compared to the HUGE losses they were taking back when their income was much higher during the 6 months before that.
You can see revenue shrank quite a lot recently.
Yet...the amount of net losses UMDI has been taking also shrank very dramatically.
About $15 million in net losses in the first 6 months. Under $600k net losses in the second 6 months. Am I crazy, or is that a massive improvement?
I must be crazy. I see some things about the company making changes and so on and so forth in their recent 10Q filing, but nothing that could possibly justify a company with such massive revenue history being priced anywhere remotely near the current share price.
I just don't get it!
Please review UMDI's most recent 10Q to see if there is something I'm missing here:

This seems like the trading setup of a lifetime. Talk about explosive. The short-term action could get absolutely INSANE if a high volume of traders discover UMDI.
I'm truly excited about this beauty.
This sounds like the perfect trade! But there is no such thing, and even the most amazing looking trades can surprise you. When the market opens, that "perfect setup" can crash instead of skyrocket. This happens all the time! So never believe hype, and always trade prepared for the worst.
*** Be sure to trade with caution and to verify all information for yourself before trading. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before trading any alert. You may easily lose your entire investment. In my personal opinion, the vast majority of companies alerted in this newsletter are too risky for traditional investment, and are discussed here purely from a short-term/daytrading perspective. All traders should have substantial experience before engaging in the exceptionally risky process that is trading small, micro and nano-cap equities. ***
Certainly anything could happen, and UMDI could be a big red disaster today. It could be down 40% by the time you're reading this for all I know. But if there's ever been a play with more "unbelievable" factors to make it absolutely skyrocket than UMDI, I'd love to hear what it is. I can't think of a single one.
But I saved some icing to put on this cake.
UMDI also seems to react extremely well to being promoted. Almost 1 year ago, a couple of newsletters teamed up to do just a one day alert on UMDI. Look what it did on that day.
(That day was the one in November with the tallest green volume bar underneath it. This performance of course does NOT predict or indicate in any way how UMDI will perform following my alert, or in the future)
Alerted as a SUB penny, UMDI made a monster gain over the open, hit 18 cents and closed near the high of the day!
Incredible performance.
However, the Level 2 (and the rest of the stuff I just talked about) indicate that it could be far more explosive now than it was last year.
Why does UMDI look to me more explosive than anything we've seen in recent history?
- Marketcap $147k
- Float $34k
- Level 2 shows almost no resistance in sight
- Perfect Past Promotion Performer
- Enormous revenue history
- I'm talking REALLY enormous, half of a BILLION dollars revenue from 2011 and 2012 combined
I do these kinds of high-potential alerts, dreaming of finding a setup like UMDI.
Let's not waste it.

I would also like to explain to you in simple plain language, instead of overly complex and confusing "disclaimer language" many other newsletters use, exactly how I make money from operating this newsletter.
I am what is known as a STOCK PROMOTER!
That means I get paid to promote public companies. An "alert" is really a promotion. Check disclaimers and you will see this is the case at virtually all penny market newsletters. Many of you assume I make money by getting paid in stock, or something of that nature. This is not the case. I make money by getting paid in cash, not stock. Specifically, wire transfers in USD to my US based bank account. This is the way most newsletters you read operate, and how they make money too.
Sometimes I also have issued alerts where I get no payment and do not expect payment, and I just put out the alert at my own discretion. Typically speaking, most alerts I issue are promotions for which I am paid. You can always find this info in the disclaimer below.
Furthermore, while I always aggressively state the risks and dangers of trading my alerts, there is a danger that has recently come to my attention. Various individuals in this "industry" have been accused of issuing press releases and/or general company info for various OTC companies that is false, fraudulent, exaggerated, and so on and so forth. This means, even if you do very thorough due diligence on a stock, it is always possible that someone involved with the stock may have put false or exaggerated information out there that could be part of your research. There are only a few cases that I am personally aware of, but how widespread this issue is, is unfortunately unknown. You should keep this in mind when considering taking any trading action. This is further reason, in my personal opinion, why these OTC companies are not suitable for anything resembling a traditional investment. (Long term gains are extremely rare)
