Explore Anywhere Corp (PFVR) provides computer, internet and network monitoring solutions for parents, corporations, and educational facilities.
Greetings!
PFVR's software program, CyberbullyPro, arms parents with a tool to fight the growing incidence of online harassment that can often have deadly consequences.
But before the Preacher tells you more about this company's computer and internet monitoring programs let's go to the chart...
After a dizzying 300% ride higher PFVR shares succumbed to profit-taking in February.
The RSI is now neutral.
The Slow STO is bouncing off oversold levels and volume is strong.
Even during the profit-taking sell-off accumulation remained steady and is now accelerating!

Cyberbullying of Kids is a Big Problem...and Preventing it Could be Big Business for PFVR!
With approximately 52 million school-age children in the U.S. according to the U.S. Department of Education, estimates are that possibly 10% of them are experiencing some form of online cyberbullying - whether it be through Facebook, Myspace or other social networks.
But now PFVR is marketing a solution to protect America's kids...
'We are excited to launch the next-generation of our flagship product, CyberBullyPro, during the second quarter and believe this innovative advancement in computer monitoring will enable us to rapidly grow and deliver shareholder value,' stated Bryan P. Hammond, PFVR's founder and chairman of the board.
And, of course, this statement of a new release may be contributing to the recent accumulation of the stock (see chart, above).
But concerned parents are just one of the market's PFVR's products might appeal to...
So far, 31 states have passed laws banning various forms of online harassment and most require schools to enforce an active anti-cyberbully policy. (Read more)
It's not unreasonable to suspect then that PFVR's CyberBullyPro program might soon be a national contender for installation on 14 million classroom computers!Â
Enterprise web monitoring is the real steak behind the PFVR sizzle!Â
PFVR isn't talking about it much...opting to pursue the media-friendly cyberbullying angle instead...but traders who liked this stock as a niche consumer software play are now wrapping their heads around the real business-to-business story here.
Because government regulators are asking brokerage firms to turn over their Facebook and Twitter records for scrutiny - which could lead to hefty penalties being imposed if any hanky-panky is discovered - you can bet Wall Street is already thinking about exactly the kind of enterprise-grade monitoring service that PFVR provides.
Also, businesses who install PFVR's monitoring programs will be able to catch security breaches, sexual harassment and other corporate nightmares before they turn into million-dollar lawsuits or outright data sabotage or theft.
A Trader-Friendly CEO takes the Helm!
The first thing PFVR's CEO Bryan Hammond did when he came in was retire more than 200 million shares of the stock...a full 87% of the float.
He then distributed close to half of the remaining float to the incoming management team. (Read more)
That means insiders now own over 60% of this little company, and everyone else who wants to trade it has just 11 million shares left to chase - which, of course, could lead to extreme volatility on heavy news days.
And Now Get This: Hammond also announced that senior management would receive annual salaries of just $1 until PFVR reaches its cash flow target! "This action demonstrates that management is fully aligned with our shareholders," Hammond said.
So is this guy serious about turning PFVR into a champion company and stock or what!
Bottom Line: Volume and volatility have been pumped into PFVR's chart for the first time in recent memory - thanks in part to the upcoming next generation release of CyberbullyPro.
The downsizing of PFVR's float has also created ample intra-day opportunities for traders to exploit.
And with the RSI in neutral and accumulation rising traders are currently doing some serious online monitoring of their own.
To see what they're seeing...the Preacher suggests that you load PFVR onto your stock screen RIGHT NOW!
May the market bless your every trade!
