CGAC Ready to Capitalize On Growing Demand for Eco-Friendly Apparel
Are you ready for a super profitable Wednesday?
I see panic and mayhem in the streets, but I am not worried. Not one bit my loyal subscriber, because I have seen the coming of gains and at the end of this report you will get the lighting rod, too.

Code Green Apparel Corp. (OTCPINK: CGAC)
It’s all wrapped up in a ball of energy I call CGAC, an apparel company with a difference. This isn’t like that failing brand dedicated to teenagers or that one that promises people lots of tight lulus (yes, that one). CGAC is the real deal – a company that makes clothes and the like with a laser-sharp focus on sustainability. And I like it very much.
The company’s market position is about to get a whole new wad of attention, especially given the tanking of anything to do with fossil fuels. Also, you might have noticed the new climate deal that Obama inked. It’s all about sustainability and so CGAC with its green/eco-friendly credentials will become one hot stock!
I think right now, at current levels, CGAC offers some immense upside opportunity.
The play is trading nearly level with its 50 DMA and the float is attractive at 20 million shares. I have seen floats in the apparel space 10 to 50 times that much. Such a low float relative to its peers could create real upside opportunity.
Drop everything and make a move on CGAC as soon as you can.

Check out the chart…

CGAC looks good by any measure… Just look at the October highs.
CGAC is pointing north as a result of recent action and the 49 RSI confirms it.

Big News Development
CGAC Files S-1 Registration Statement With SEC
CGAC is quite serious about becoming a fully reporting entity and put its filings where it mouth was last year.
The company filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with the intent of becoming a fully reporting company with the SEC.
“The desire to file a Form S-1 registration statement and to become a fully reporting company in the eyes of the SEC, has always been an integral part of our business plan as this signifies to our loyal shareholders, our continued commitment to reporting and transparency,” commented George J. Powell, III, CEO of Code Green Apparel.
This will naturally send more eyeballs to CGAC so any early gains should be taken now.
