Now on to IYXI’s operations. As this Company has not publically reported much information in recent years, information is difficult to come by.
However, at the time of their most recent filings the Company’s business was as follows:
IYXI was a specialty pharma company with niche drug-delivery technologies and products for the treatment of respiratory, allergy, dermatological, topical, cardiovascular and pain-management conditions.
The Company focused its expertise on both prescription and over-the-counter pharma products, and provided specialty pharmaceutical development and production consulting services.
Years back the Company seemed to have produced significant revenues. In fact, in a filing dating back to their Quarter ending 09/30/06 the Company reported the following financials:
- Net Revenues – $18+ Mln
- Gross Profit – $7.4+ Mln
- Total Assets – $114.4+ Mln
With that being said, I would just like to repeat the fact that this information is very much out of date, taken from a Company filing for the period ending September 30, 2006.
We have not been able to locate more recent operational information or financial data, for better or for worse. Understand also that we believe that operational and financial information that is publically available is out of date. OTCMarkets states that “This company may not be making material information publically available.”
As stated at the start, we are focused on IYXI today mostly due to the chart and indicators. Operational information has been difficult to verify… but the chart is nearly perfect.
Currently at 0017 there could be a significant upside.
