Taking Care Of Business!
Eco Depot, Inc. (symbol: ECDP)
What did I tell you Friday? I'm not playing games right now. Friday's bottom bounce breakout was exactly what I think we were all looking for. Not only was it one of the most active trading sessions that pick has seen, but Friday's alert soared to highs of nearly 50% and still managed to close green +30! That's what I call "Taking Care Of Business"...Let's keep the momentum going.
Tonight I'm bringing you another early bird special on a company that I think could be positioned similarly to Friday's alert EXCEPT this time we're looking at an even LOWER FLOAT and and even LOWER PPS. Eco Depot, Inc. (ECDP) trades at less than 0.01 and as of the annual report filed in February, the company shows an outstanding share count of less than 10m shares! That would equate to roughly $80k market cap! I bring this up first because historically, low market cap picks tend to have very low floats which can open doors for BIG volatility and even BIGGER potential for gains.
Another Bottom Bounce Chart
As you'll see ECDP has been establishing a pretty clear level of support over a near 3 month period between 006-008:
It's pretty clear to me that ECDP has been VERY quiet since early December. Over the nearly the last 3 months, ECDP has seen a relative bottom between 0.006 and 0.008 (Friday's closing price). In the mean time, the upper resistance level looks to be somewhere in the ballpark of 0.0195. Not only is this 143% north of ECDP's current levels but because this has such an incredibly small market cap, there's really no telling what bullish activity could do as far as market momentum is concerned. One things for sure though and that is a run back to resistance could still put this tiny nano-cap in the winner's circle if we see ECDP head up toward this mark on Monday!
Keep this in mind: We saw, first-hand, on Friday what an explosive day of bullish action can result in...That was from a ticker trading at more than 3 TIMES the price of ECDP.
About ECDP
Forbes has stated that within the next fifty years, the world population will increase by another 40 to 50 percent. This population growth -- coupled with industrialization and urbanization in developing markets like China, India and Africa -- will result in an increasing demand for water. ECDP is a manufacturer and distributor of eco friendly consumer brand products that are focused on the water industry.
ECDP's Wattergizzi brands are coined to be the "Bottled Water Killer". This is a multi-patented water filtration system that is small enough to fit in the palm of someone's hand. According to the company, the WaterGizzi can remove things like bacteria, heavy metals, protozoa, odors, tastes, and even viruses to yield more than 5 gallons of fresh water per filter.
Between the "Gizzi Draw" and the "Gizzi H2O" the WaterGizzi system is designed to be used by anyone in need of proper hydration. Whether it's someone in a developing nation that lacks a proper water infrastructure or your next door neighbor who's looking to have premium water without the cost, ECDP's WaterGizzi is aimed at solving a growing issue in today's world, Dirty Water.
I don't think I need to explain how serious this can get especially with how close to home this is in places like Flint, Michigan and now in many places in Texas! Just this weekend a report was published on CNN that revealed the awful truth that corruption and industrialization have had on many places in the US. This not only endangers to lives of people EVERYWHERE, but it now has created a huge financial burden as officials are estimating it will cost tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars to permanently address the issue!
To expand the production and expansion of the WaterGizzi products, ECDP announced this month that it has signed a sales and marketing agreement with Creative Klick LLC. Their specialty lies in sales and building brand recognition by harnessing social media platforms. Their knowledge of, and contacts with, major retailers provide the Eco Depot with a second avenue to expand sales of the WaterGizzi H2O and the WaterGizzi Draw products. This will be in addition to the current outlets via the WaterGizzi website and Amazon.com.
The Next Major Breakout For Our Network?
Like we saw with last week's pick, ECDP hasn't really been a ticker that's been floating around the social spheres recently...at least that I have seen. Based on this, we may once again be one of the first groups to take a much closer look at this company and at a critical technical point on the chart.
A near 3 month support level could set ECDP up on a launch pad for an early breakout tomorrow morning and the low float, low pps position could be fuel for the fire. Meanwhile the new marketing initiative could be the boost the the WaterGizzi needs to go from where it is right now to a nationally or even internationally recognized brand. This having been said, pull up ECDP tonight, start your DD and if you choose, be ready to trade at the opening bell tomorrow morning, Monday 2/22 at 9:30AM EST!
