Members,
Last Friday's pick was a big winner for us.
We alerted the company at $0.7049, it opened the trading session at $0.725, and hit an intraday high of $1.12 per share for a +58.89% gain.
Monday's follow-up pick, on the other hand, was the complete opposite.
After delivering +579% in profit in the first 4½ weeks of the 'Fall 2015' season, we brought our subscribers a pick on Monday that closed the session -34% in the red.
As you probably are aware, it is impossible for each and every one of our picks to be a winner...
That is why it is crucial for our subscribers to consistently follow the Two Most Important Rules of Penny Stock Trading:
First off, it's never a good idea to chase a huge pre-market gap up in price.
After a gap up in price, a stock will typically selloff to its previous day's closing price due to prior shareholders cashing out profit.
At this point, the company could return to the intraday high price and continue its uptrend, trade sideways, or even go lower (which is what happened on Monday).
To avoid a huge loss, we always recommend that our subscribers consistently set stop-loss orders after purchasing shares of a stock.
If you immediately set your stop-loss order for 10% below the purchase price of a company, then you will limit your loss to only 10%.
(Important: If your online broker will not allow you to set a stop-loss order, then please use a basic limit order that is 10% below your purchase price.)
Now that we have that covered, we'd like to direct your focus to our low float, bottom bouncer, redemption alert for Wednesday.
