That Marketing Solution, Inc. (TSTS) develops and markets health related products. The company owns and operates technology around the "Micellization Manufacturing Process," which converts oil based nutrients into water soluble products for better absorption by the cells.
TSTS acquires proprietary technology
Last November, TSTS announced the acquisition of the Aqua V Micellization Technology -- a proprietary process that makes it possible to adapt fat-soluble compounds into water-soluble compounds outside of the body, effectively increasing bioavailability.
The terms of this acquisition "gives TSTS the exclusive rights to the existing Aqua V IP, as well as potential patent applications that will apply to this category of technology," a Nov. 30 press release stated.
Overview of technology
TSTS's Aqua V Technology "exponentially increases the nutritional benefits of bio-nutrients to the body, while lowering the amount of raw ingredients required to manufacture the nutritional formula," according to a Feb. 23 press release.
"Many of the most important bio-nutrients that people supplement in their diets are fat-soluble. Therefore, the body must micellize the supplement by breaking it down -- which leaves only a portion of the bio-nutrient available for uptake. By using this proprietary technology to adapt the nutrient outside of the body, the uptake is almost immediate, and the formulation has almost no bio-waste in the process. This allows formulators to use less active ingredient in their formulas to get the maximum benefit, and, it controls the delivery of the exact amount of nutritional value to the body."
TSTS receives first order for its Aqua V manufacturing process
Last February, TSTS announced that it received its first order to micellize a specific ingredient for a third party.
"Due to the restrictions of an NDA we will not be disclosing the client or the specific ingredient at this time," a Feb. 23 press release stated. "We can say the client is considered a market leader within a specific billion-dollar market sector."
"We anticipate this is the first of many orders from this particular client," said TSTS's president, Matt Smith in the Feb. 23 press release. "We know we have something unique with our micellized manufacturing process that can give our clients a competitive advantage in the marketplace."
