One of COLV's subsidiaries announced today that Volvo has granted OEM approval for the company's HI-TEK25, 15W40 diesel motor product. The approval also applies to Mack and Renault diesel trucks. The COLV lubricant reportedly has several advantages over other oils, including fuel savings and overall cost reduction in operating diesel trucks. The news is big and we're betting COLV will see significant volume in the morning. Remember our discussion of trading gapping stocks for this one. COLV closed today at $0.028, a gain of 7% but this was before the Volvo news came out.

GNOM develops DNA sequencing equipment for human genome analysis that allows the company to conduct large-scale DNA sequencing for paying customers, which enables those customers to avoid having to buy their own expensive machinery. Customers include universities, medical companies and other research institutions. GNOM has come on the radar of several PR/IR firms that we believe should give the company good exposure and a corresponding increase in share price. The stock closed today at $2.90 but has traded as high as $18 in the last seven months.
