Strategic Global Investments, Inc. currently owns a 10 acre development property in Los Cabos, Baja that provides it with a substantial asset base and future income. The company has obtained the required building permits, environmental approvals and all other government approvals that are required for construction of 35 units planned for this project.
The company has a real estate development subsidiary, which specializes in developing Eco-friendly, luxury real estate in highly desirable vacation destinations. This subsidiary looks to acquire and develop land in resort locales, and then build, market and sell small luxury resort homes, called Small Luxury Villas on a fractional ownership basis.

Strategic Global Investments, Inc. has a real estate development subsidiary, which specializes in developing Eco-friendly, luxury real estate in highly desirable vacation destinations. This subsidiary looks to acquire and develop land in resort locales, and then build, market and sell small luxury resort homes, called Small Luxury Villas (“SLV”) on a fractional ownership basis.
This subsidiary, Punta Perfecta S.A. de C.V.—a Mexican Corporation that is 99% owned and controlled by Strategic Global Investment, Inc.—owns land in the Los Cabos area of Baja, Mexico and has an option to purchase additional land in La Paz Mexico. Strategic’s real estate ventures are as a small developer in a niche, highly competitive market. Management believes the issuer will be able to compete because its land costs are well below the amount competitors typically pay for raw land in comparable Mexican resort destinations. In addition, management believes its labor costs will be lower, its main labor force already being in place. In addition, issuer has an in-house general contractor that, in management’s opinion, keeps its building and labor costs much lower than its competitors who contract out the construction of their project(s).
Strategic recognizes that major hotel chains such as Hilton, Westin and Mayan Palace and others are in the process of developing competitive resorts in the same general area. Some have already acquired land and have begun their projects but this, in the view of management, will also help the issuer in sales because these large concerns will bring amenities to the area that will assist the issuer in sales of its project(s).
