We have been on a roll again, and it feels good doesn’t it?
Lots of little wins for our group recently, and an alert I showed you last week was UP OVER 70% just today! Go back and look it up yourself!
I’m telling you, there are big opportunities in the market all the time if you know where to look.
Tomorrow I am going back to a previous winner for us...
I want us all to revisit Soul & Vibe Interactive Inc. (SOUL) and its high-energy chart:
Looks like the BIG BEATS lately on SOUL have been on the days when the share price soared -- and the volume bars spiked along with it!
Through the last month, the SOUL action has been “up and down” 10% to 20% moves, with the “up” days I circled getting HALF of all turnover.
Add in the smaller hops and the noise resolves with the bulls in control of the SOUL trend! You can see the effects in the rising MACD and RSI lines.
Tuesday’s action is what got me to update my profile on SOUL. Finally cracking the 50-day bar for the first time in ages is a huge development!
And since SOUL actually held that line this afternoon, this stock is now in all-new technical territory, with SUPPORT instead of resistance!
SOUL makes video games for the Xbox and Playstation, which gives them access to 78% of the $56 BILLION game market right there. (Read more)
CEO Tony Chiodo is no amateur, with 200 games on his resume already for giants like Xbox creator Microsoft itself.
His resume is world-class. His top titles have sold millions of copies at $13 to $20 apiece! (Read more)
Tony makes a better case than I can for why the game business is so hot: demographics, technology, iPhones, kids today. Read it and see!
All I really know is that the biggest and most successful game companies trade for 14 to 30 times earnings, so SOUL may not be “discounted” long.
(And as Zynga’s rise and fall demonstrates, you don’t even have to be profitable to drive Wall Street into a billion-dollar frenzy!)
Meanwhile, new game announcements keep coming out of SOUL -- maybe this will be the first company to release a Google Glass blockbuster? (Read more)
Too early to say, but with a chart this volatile, it doesn’t take much sunlight to change the game!
