About Sauer Energy Inc.
Sauer Energy Inc. is a technology developer and manufacturer of vertical axis wind turbines focused on the emerging renewable energy market with several patents in place and many more pending. SEI looks forward to early manufacturing and commercialization. It is also aggressively moving toward a financial return on its investments.
SEI's technology is remarkable as it requires so few parts. This means lower manufacturing cost, more efficient operation, lower maintenance (fewer parts = less chance of malfunction), and greater power generation. This will provide SEI with a new direction for wind capture, making it easier to scale from residential, to powering a small community -- all the way up to large industrial facilities. The market opportunity for this new, self-contained, innovative technology is unlimited and growing rapidly.
The initial product we plan to launch will be the WindCutter™ model. Its innovative design and utility make it highly efficient and cost effective to own and operate. The aluminum blades are being manufactured by using the extrusion process. The WindCutter has achieved maximized performance utility with its proprietary, direct drive, axial-flux permanent magnet generator (PMG) that was expressly designed to work in tandem with it.
Plans to offer the helixical WindRider® model, vertical axis wind turbine that employs technology it purchased in 2012, are still being organized. Higher performance design modifications are expected to deliver superior results. The WindRider is also pole-mounted, and can be used for applications that don't require roof mounting.
SEI has also created the WindCharger® brand for a better roof-mounted solution for residential and other small building usage and plans for its launch are ongoing.
Furthermore, there are several other innovations in various stages that SEI intends to put on the launch schedule. We will advise as these products are completed and satisfy our expectations and standards.
