Welcome To Powerdyne International, Inc. | Ticker: PWDY
"PDI took existing technology and modified it to develop a solid state, self-contained genset that runs efficiently on natural gas, propane, methane, ethane and hydrogen"
|
|
|
Powerdyne International Inc. (PWDY) manufactures, installs, maintains and leases its own portable electrical power generation equipment (PDIGenset, Patent and Trademark Pending).
The PDIGenset is a self contained generator using a modified radial air cooled aircraft engine to drive a 1-megawatt (MW) generator. The PDIGenset, runs on natural gas, propane or almost any gaseous fuel. It is compact, lightweight, clean burning, produces low emissions and is extremely energy-efficient.
PDIGensets are designed to be installed at your location. The genset is leased and maintained by PDI. Although our target customer will typically use the PDIGenset to produce its own primary electrical power, it can be used for emergency back-up power generation and is useful in any situation where reliable power is needed.
Because the PDIGenset is portable and easy-to-use, units can be conveniently deployed to various locations around the world. The entire unit can be packed, airlifted and dropped by parachute into remote locations. The engine itself can be trucked in a pickup truck.
PDIGenset can be “ganged” or combined to produce power centers providing up to 50 MWs.
PDI provides remote, independent, cost efficient primary electrical power. Its customer base includes small independent utility companies, mining operations, manufacturing centers, and commercial enterprises. PDI builds portable generator equipment to its clients' exacting specifications and for their often severe locations.
In most markets, our customers can sell excess electricity to their primary electrical utility, further reducing operating costs.
PDI is founded on the ability to produce primary electrical power using proprietary technology to power electrical generation equipment which makes electricity cheaper than existing means of producing primary electric power.
PDI expects that the difference between its cost of generating electricity over its customer's current cost will result in substantial savings to the customer. |

PWDY | Why hasn't anyone tried this before?
First: Diesel engines have been around since the 1900’s and, until the 1990’s, diesel fuel was cheap.
Second: The basic radial engine is a mature technology. No one was able to get a radial engine to run on natural gas or propane.
Third: Aviation fuel was expensive.
PDI took existing technology and modified it to develop a solid state, self-contained genset that runs efficiently on natural gas, propane, methane, ethane and hydrogen.
If its primary gaseous fuel becomes unavailable, the PDIGenset can be modified to continue to operate reliably on an emergency back-up fuel. |

All electrical generation equipment consists of three basic components: a prime mover (or engine) , a generator and electrical control switchgear.
Prime Mover
The generator used in the PDIGenset is based upon your needs. All switchgear is custom made for each of our units to make the power dovetail with your existing powergrid or specific requirements.
To meet the demand for a reliable and powerful prime mover, we use a highly modified radial air-cooled direct drive motor that will run on almost any gaseous fuel.
New internal mechanical components, fuel delivery system and a highly advanced electrical component package has been designed, and integrated to create an efficient and powerful engine that has a minimum 20,000 hour performance envelope on gaseous fuels.
Units are equipped with internal "black box technology" that continuously reports streaming data to a central control PDI Genset that provides a security and performance monitoring threshold whether the PDIGenset is operating or idle. |

PDI maintains a strategic relationship with several generator manufacturers that provide a variety of different types of generator units. As each user has unique power requirements, PDI will determine from an engineering survey the correct manufacturer to meet the specifications.
Each unit is custom manufactured for a specific performance, in a specific location. Delivery time for most PDIGenset units to any location can be as short as 90 days from initial order to full operation on site.
The basic unit produces 1MW of power 24/7 and has an expected operational life of 20,000 hours before rebuild or replacement of the prime mover. Units can be ganged to produce up to 10MW for each power source block. One unit can be fitted comfortably inside a standard 8' x 8' x 40' shipping container box which then houses the unit on site.
Its compact size allows for easy handling, transport and delivery anywhere in the world.

|
Our internet based monitoring system can be accessed any where in the world a tablet works. Each PDIGenset is watched 24/7. We know when a problem may be happening... before it happens.
As part of its maintenance agreement, PDI remotely monitors each genset and can immediately shut it down in case of emergency. Repair crews can be on scene promptly and a replacement PDIGenset in place and operating quickly (depending on location) for minimum down time to our customer.
If it's not reliable why would you want it?
PDI's middle name is "Reliable". We use the Pratt and Whitney R2800 radial engine as our prime mover. This is the same engine which powered WWII warbirds. It brought many an aircrew home alive when shot up, beat up and flown hard.
This is one reliable engine! -Unlike diesel gensets (which require weeks for expensive routine maintenance), the compact PDIGenset can be regularly serviced in hours.

Powerdyne International, Inc. in Negotiations to Relocate to Larger Manufacturing Facility
New Manufacturing Site Offers Better Access, Improved Location and the Opportunity for Expansion
WARWICK, RI--(Marketwired - May 21, 2014) - Powerdyne International, Inc. (PWDY), a manufacturing company that builds and leases electrical generation equipment, today announced Company President and CEO Dale Euga is in negotiations to relocate the company to a larger manufacturing facility.
The new site offers Powerdyne a far superior space than its existing facility since it has a better location and the ability to be built out in order to accommodate expansion when warranted.
The new quarters, located on the south side of Fall River, Massachusetts, offers a bigger facility that is attached to an even larger vacant structure and is industrial zoned with a waterfront location. It also provides easy street access and maneuverability for equipment according to Euga.
"The opportunity to offer a better work environment while being focused on continued growth and the ability to expand within the same facility providing us with more efficiency is something we are seriously considering at this time," said Euga. "Positioning ourselves for the long term while managing our bottom line is vital to our growth strategy."
