The Poynt "Local Mobile Search" app has been downloaded over 25 MILLION TIMES!
PNYTF is as tiny and explosive as it gets.
So explosive I HAD to release it at the Opening Bell. If I put this out at night there would be a war in the streets.
And a "Wild Card" like this had to be saved for a Friday, so here we are.
The value of ALL of the outstanding stock of the entire company...to own the entire thing, is almost exactly a microscopic $100k. Often the smaller the market cap, the bigger and faster the moves the share price can make. Often times our biggest triple digit or quadruple digit past gainers have had market caps somewhere around $1 million.
$1 million is VERY tiny, typically considered "as good as it gets."
PNYTF is a mere 1/10th of that size!
Talk about an explosive situation.
On top of that, the Level 2 was just about as thin as I've ever seen. PNYTF has all the signals we love to see in a potential fast flyer.
I believe PNYTF has an absolutely MASSIVE catalyst.
Look at the Headlines for PNYTF:
https://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=PNYTF
PNYTF looks absolutely dead. They had a bankruptcy about 3 years ago, and lately there isn't a single headline. It's tough to tell that it's even an active company.
In reality, Poynt is being marketed and is working very closely with a successful public company on the Canadian TSX exchange called Sprylogics, ticker symbol SPY.V. You can even find countless recent very impressive headlines about Poynt, under SPY.V. Take a look for yourself:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=SPY.V&t=2015-02-23T08:30:00-05:00
It appears Poynt may be more busy and successful than ever.
In fact it seems that PNYTF's Poynt is THE main thing SPY.V has been focused on lately. That in itself is pretty remarkable, but this makes PNYTF really look like a slam dunk.
SPY.V just recently was absolutely on FIRE, and ran from .18 to .71 in about 45 days on huge volume...some days trading about $1-2 million volume.
Take a look:
It has since pulled back a bit, but that was an incredible run.
If SPY.V is any kind of "proxy" for PNYTF, that's a good sign.
Boy does this look like a good one. And if the ultra thin Level 2 is any indicator, PNYTF could get a MASSIVE percentage pop right at the open...and I'm hoping it just may blast off far higher throughout the day.
Remember, as attractive as this sounds, this should be a wild one and doesn't seem suited to beginners. Anything can happen in these fast moving and dangerous situations!
*** Be sure to trade with caution and to verify all information for yourself before trading. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before trading any alert. You may easily lose your entire investment. In my personal opinion, the vast majority of companies alerted in this newsletter are too risky for traditional investment, and are discussed here purely from a short-term/daytrading perspective. All traders should have substantial experience before engaging in the exceptionally risky process that is trading small, micro and nano-cap equities. ***
I certainly could be wrong about this, but I believe it's possible PNYTF is radically under-priced due to the fact that it's having a virtual case of "mistaken identity."
It appears to me that people have no CLUE what's going on with PNYTF, and are mistaking a very active and exciting company for a dead one. When the public discovers what I believe is the truth about the situation, I believe it could be the biggest catalyst PNYTF has EVER seen!
I've never heard of a potential catalyst so powerful.
Keep your eyes on PNYTF, this one could be wild.

Any statements and opinions given are amateur and biased and should be treated as such. Past performance does not indicate future performance in any way. The performance of all alerts uncompensated and compensated in no way predict the performance of current and/or upcoming alerts. Check the latest SEC filings before investing, and research other information on the risks of investing in microcap companies at www.sec.gov
I would also like to explain to you in simple plain language, instead of overly complex and confusing "disclaimer language" many other newsletters use, exactly how I make money from operating this newsletter.
I am what is known as a STOCK PROMOTER!
That means I get paid to promote public companies. An "alert" is really a promotion. Check disclaimers and you will see this is the case at virtually all penny market newsletters. Many of you assume I make money by getting paid in stock, or something of that nature. This is not the case. I make money by getting paid in cash, not stock. Specifically, wire transfers in USD to my US based bank account. This is the way most newsletters you read operate, and how they make money too.
Sometimes I also have issued alerts where I get no payment and do not expect payment, and I just put out the alert at my own discretion. Typically speaking, most alerts I issue are promotions for which I am paid. You can always find this info in the disclaimer below.
Furthermore, while I always aggressively state the risks and dangers of trading my alerts, there is a danger that has recently come to my attention. Various individuals in this "industry" have been accused of issuing press releases and/or general company info for various OTC companies that is false, fraudulent, exaggerated, and so on and so forth. This means, even if you do very thorough due diligence on a stock, it is always possible that someone involved with the stock may have put false or exaggerated information out there that could be part of your research. There are only a few cases that I am personally aware of, but how widespread this issue is, is unfortunately unknown. You should keep this in mind when considering taking any trading action. This is further reason, in my personal opinion, why these OTC companies are not suitable for anything resembling a traditional investment. (Long term gains are extremely rare)
