Including the additional four wells, the Company's offer is now to purchase a total of sixteen producing heavy oil wells located in Maidstone, Saskatchewan, Canada. The initial purchase offer was announced on February 11, 2014.

Ed Loven, Vice president of Pacific Oil, said, "These four wells represent 35-40 barrels per day of additional production. Having our wells concentrated in such close proximity is an operational plus as it increases efficiency and reduces production costs per barrel. We like the Maidstone area, we like heavy oil and we like the price at which these assets can be acquired."

POIL has met all required criteria to become a licensed operator within the province of Saskatchewan. The Company intends to complete all related filings with the province by February 28, 2014.

By becoming a licensed operator, the company can be more hands on in the day to day operations of major projects located within the province. By exercising more control, Pacific will be able to realize greater operational savings and lower the overall cost of production. This should translate into higher profits for the company and create further value for shareholders.

POIL intends to reactivate 17 natural gas wells to take advantage of higher natural gas prices.

With Natural Gas prices over $5 now is the time for Pacific Oil to capitalize on our meaningful natural gas footprint within the province of Saskatchewan. With its 27 wells situated on 9600 energy rich acres, the Lacadena Project is a significant part of Pacific's revenue strategy moving forward and we are now on the path to realizing the projects full potential. Bringing these wells back online will have an immediate impact on their bottom line.

With these reactivations Pacific Oil Company is following the lead of other major energy producers in the area as the outlook for natural gas continues to be strong.
