Dear Valued Members,
American Graphite Technologies Inc. (AGIN) is our New Big Technical Report
Once again AGIN needs to be put immediately on top of your radar. From a technical perspective, shares have been holding firm in the high $.50s range for months. Last time we put AGIN back on our radars, shares surged from these current levels to a high of $.85 for up to 55%.
AGIN are we in store for another multi-day bullish breakout? This might be possible as the company yesterday released a corporate update that, "The Company has been informed that its 3-D printing project ("P600") should be finalized for all regulatory approvals in the next short while and expects to start the project shortly. P600 is a project funded by AGIN and administered by the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The project will look at the possibility of using graphene as a source for 3-D printing. The 3-d printing market is expected to rapidly expand to 5.2 billion by 2020 (http://www.forbes.com/sites/tjmccue/2012/03/27/3d-printing-industry-will-reach-3-1-billion-worldwide-by-2016/).
The Company expects to complete some early exploration work to define drill targets on its 100% owned mineral property, in a known graphite area of Quebec, Canada. The Company hopes to undertake the work this fall subject to funding. The Company's licensing partner, CTI Nanotechnologies LLC ("CTI") is progressing with its graphene/bucky paper ("paper") project and hopes to have information out shortly with respect to some recent tests completed on its paper. CTI is also working to get its production line setup and preliminary testing completed in the next 2-3 months." Click here to view full news release
Remember the last time we profiled AGIN, the company became the #1 most buzzed about small-cap going viral! This is the exact reason why you need to put AGIN immediately back on top of your watch-list.
AGIN remember is a higher priced company and from our technical perspective, looks less volatile than a low-priced micro-cap that moves up and down rapidly. But why the buzz and fuss around this new emerging growth company?
AGIN is a mineral exploration and technology development company. By concentrating on securing graphite mining opportunities and the commercialization of graphene specific proprietary technology methods, management is seeking to bring profit opportunities and maximize shareholder value. Recently a very informative short film was made on Graphene, the thinnest and strongest material on earth! Please watch this interesting film now: Click here to view the short film now What is Graphene? Graphene has been described as the "miracle material" of the 21st Century and is believed to be stronger than steel and more conductive than copper while being flexible, making it plausible as a replacement over silicon possibly leading to thinner, faster, cheaper, more flexible devices including power sources. Since graphene comes from the carbon atom it is abundant and cheap. In 2010 the Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov for groundbreaking experiments regarding graphene. Advances in alternative energy technologies are driving demand for strategic metals like graphite that have recently evolved from industrial demands to include high tech uses as nations focus on encouraging the development of new domestic markets for clean and efficient energy alternatives, smart grid infrastructure and military capabilities. Potential applications for Graphene include: -Computer and television displays -Electrical shielding -Reinforcing Material for manufacturing cars, boats, airplanes and machinery -Lightning Strike Dissipation -Heat Dissipation -Protection against electromagnetic pulses (EMP) -Armor plating -Reinforcement of plastics and polymers -Electrodes for batteries, fuel cells, solar cells and capacitors -Thermal heatsinks for electronic and computer equipment -Artificial limbs -Air and liquid filtration systems AGIN on December 3, 2012 entered into and executed a non-exclusive technology License agreement for patent and trade secret technology in the field of graphene oxide or “Bucky” paper. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, AGIN acquired the rights to further develop, commercialize, market and distribute certain proprietary inventions and know-how related to the manufacturing processes for graphene products, including graphene paper, also known as Bucky Paper. "Graphene paper also known as “buckypaper” resembles carbon paper but don’t be fooled by the name. On its own, it looks like a mere thin "film like" paper and looks very fragile. However, this unassuming new “super paper” may revolutionize automobiles, aircraft, displays, electronics, batteries, medical treatments and more industries in years to come. Graphene paper owes its physical qualities to a unique interlocking-tile lattice at the atomic scale. The material has exceptional stiffness and strength, due to the intrinsic strength of the two-dimensional graphene backbone and to its interwoven layer structure which helps to distribute loads. It also has intriguing electrical qualities because it is a zero band gap semiconductor. If Graphene oxide is used it is mechanically strong and electrically insulating. Currently Graphene Paper is available only in limited sizes, it is relatively expensive and making it is very time consuming, American Graphite Technologies is working with Cheap Tubes Inc. and CTI Nanotechnologies LLC on developing a prototype production machine that makes Graphene Paper in larger and more affordable sizes than currently available. AGIN is a mineral exploration and technology development company. AGIN has 100% ownership of the Lac Nicolas Graphite Property in Quebec, Canada. LAC NICOLAS GRAPHITE PROPERTY KEY HIGHLIGHTS: -100% ownership of 100 mineral claims covering approximately 5,400 hectares (13,343 acres) land in Quebec, Canada. No Royalty or NSR attached to the property. -Located in the vicinity of a world class high grade graphite deposit (Lac Gueret project) belonging to Mason Graphite Corp. -New high grade graphite discoveries announced by Focus Graphite 10 kilometres to the north of Lac Guerete deposit. -Geologically the property is underlain by rocks of Granville Province and Archean basement and is similar to other graphite deposit / discoveries in the area. -Property is part of the area designated as “Plan Nord” for major economic, social and environmental development as announced by the Quebec Government. Quebec is rated as one of the top five mining jurisdictions in the world. -The property is in an underexplored relatively new graphite exploration area with significant upside potential for new discoveries. The property is located approximately 300 kilometres north of the town of Baie-Cameau in Quebec, on NTS map 22N03 with coordinates -690 19’ 30”W; 510 07’ 45 N (UTM: 477259 E; 5664239 N, NAD 1983, Zone 19) in the center of the property. It can be accessed by highway 389 and a network of gravel roads which are part of Hydro Quebec’s Manicougan dam reservoir. Topography is mainly undulating glacial landforms. The property is part of the Government of Quebec’s proposed “Plan Nord” which is one of the biggest economic, social and environmental development initiatives with the intention to spend $80 billion during the next 25 years in this region and will create or consolidate 20,000 jobs per year. The government is thinking about giving tax credits for investment in the mining projects. AGIN remember is also listed in Europe under "(BERLIN: A8G) (WKN:A1KBDQ/ISIN:US02640K1079) . That means the potential audience for this new company is huge as more and more international eyes continue to hear about AGIN! AGIN releases a big corporate update yesterday that, "the Company has completed a letter of intent (LOI) with the National Academy of Science of Ukraine; National Science Centre; Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology ("KIPT"), Kharkov, Ukraine. The scope of the collaboration will be to research the properties of graphene contained matter as working material for 3-D printing. "I have been meeting with our collaboration partners at KIPT over the past week in Ukraine and I am very excited about the project that we are about to embark on," states CEO of the Company, Rick Walchuk. "We are currently finalizing the details and expect to release more information on the project shortly."
