There are several key highlights in the 2014 Annual Report:
- For the Full Year CYBG reported revenue of over $32 Mil with a gross profit of over $5.8 Mil.
- The Company’s total assets are valued at over $10.9 Mil.
- 140% increase in the value of contracts between 2014 and 2013.
- 300% increase in average contract size over the same period.
- There were 15 contract wins worth $23.2 Mil in 2014 versus 24 contract wins worth $9.7 Mil in 2013.
- Ongoing success with the Cybergy Labs SmartFile cybersecurity platform that should lead to the release of the first commercial version of the software in 2015.
- CYBG's Primetrix division drafted over $250 Mil in winning proposals in a 7-year period and boasted win-rates of 44% and 54% in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
CYBG has probably the strongest numbers that we have ever seen from a Company on the OTCQB.

The 10 year HHS contract is an enormous testaments to how their clients view them… which is to say that the US Department of Health and Human Services believes CYBG is going to be around for at least 10 years… this is not normal for the small markets.
