Good morning! I’ve had my LifeTech Industries, Inc. (LTCH) on my back burner as a potential long-term play for awhile, and now it’s time to raise the heat! LTCH has the global exclusive rights to sell a new kind of ultra-pure water manufacturing system. (Read more) Water. The elixir of life throughout the universe. It takes five barrels of the stuff to pump one barrel of oil. A third of a million gallons for every acre of corn. And of course 7 BILLION healthy humans each need about a 2-liter bottle a day. LTCH can make all it wants, and in an increasingly thirsty world, the market potential is truly endless. But water-crazed traders who tried to play the news found themselves shut out...until just a few days ago. That LTCH chart says it all. Before Thanksgiving, just a trickle of turnover. After Thanksgiving, sing hosanna because somebody opened the floodgates! I crunched the numbers over at the Nasdaq site and a full 75% of all LTCH shares that have EVER traded moved in the last four days. And on every one of those four days, LTCH has held its ground or closed up to 12% higher. That’s not just a “volume spike!” This is not a “slight uptick in trader demand” and it definitely has not been a one-day wonder. What we seem to have here is our first chance to trade LTCH like we mean it-- and just maybe get close to the first convincing rally in its history. So, uh, what got the LTCH juices flowing? As far as I can see, the big kahuna here is LTCH’s new AirWell Water Systems, which not only pull fresh, drinkable H2O right out of the air, but clean it at the same time. (Read more) Yes, LTCH can strip bird flu, E. coli and other germs right out of your drinking glass. It’s a water play AND a water purification play. LTCH even claims their “perfect” water “has anti-aging properties!” The press release barely hit the wire a few days ago, almost exactly when the LTCH chart went ballistic. Coincidence? LTCH is targeting everyone from gold mines to health spas with the promise of “perfect” water on tap. (Read more) And if you think everyone and his dog will simply turn the faucet for this “perfect” water, think again! This is a patented system that’s already been locked down in the Pacific Rim and LTCH has the exclusive rights to sell it everywhere but Japan. Now I have no idea what share of the global water market LTCH will end up getting for itself. And a bit of trivia, friend. Bottled water already costs three times as much per gallon as gasoline -- and it’s nowhere near “perfect!” So that’s the long-term view on LTCH and why I think it’s worth adding to your screens. And if you’ve been holding off, one look at the chart will tell you that there’s finally enough liquidity here to “wet your wick!”
