Now on to GMND’s operations. As this Company has not publically reported much information in recent years, information is difficult to come by, with the exception of the website we have linked above.
According to that Company website, which may or may not contain current information, GMND’s business is as follows:
Green Mountain provides project development services for capital providers and technology operators and distributes licensed products related in the energy, agricultural and environmental sectors. The Company also formed a Natural Healthcare products division.
Environmental Technology
The Bio-Miracle microbial technology has been successfully used as a “better-faster-cheaper” solution for soil remediation, bio-recycling, water treatment and food and fuel crop growing systems.
GMND signed a 15-year licensing agreement with C.Trade-Bard, Inc. for the manufacturing & international distribution of the Bi-Agra agricultural products & technology.
Management worked to develop the protocols and technology descriptions for production of Bi-Agra™, a natural soil amendment, at a C.Trade-BARD location. After many months of preparation and planning it appeared that the manufacturing site was to be in a Texas location and shared with the C.Trade-BARD algae production for bio-fuels and other applications.
Again, the above operations may still be underway, or they may have ceased. Due to the lack of publically filed documentation we have not been able to verify this one way or the other.
Project Development Services
GMND assists client technology providers/operators with preliminary development work including project due diligence, investor presentations, identification of project capital sources and complimentary technology providers and helps negotiate a Joint Venture Agreement between all parties.
Energy Projects
GMND and strategic partner C.Trade Group provide project management services and financing for a Joint Venture near the Eagle Ford oil patch in Texas with Bayside Corp. and another JV with Osprey Oil & Gas in Canada’s Bakken region.
That being said, we are simply unaware of the current status of the operations for the company, for better or worse, as the Company’s most recent filing was in 2012.
As we stated at the start, we are looking at GMND today for technical reasons and in particular those related to its short-term chart.
Currently at 0012 there could be a significant upside.
