Good morning,
Thursday morning is underway and as time is always a factor, let’s jump right in:
Today’s play is DRAM
- Last year DRAM posted revenues of more than 28Mln Dlrs - Last year DRAM posted gross profit of over 4Mln Dlrs - Last quarter revenues topped 7.3Mln Dlrs - Last quarter gross profits were more than 1.4Mln Dlrs
DRAM closed Wednesday at 1.52.
DRAM has just over 3.3Mln shares outstanding, bringing its market value to just over 5Mln Dlrs.
Again, that’s 28Mln Dlrs a year in revenues with a market value of just 5Mln Dlrs

After a recent slide, DRAM has been building an impressive short-term chart. In fact, even Barchart gives it a Green Opinion as we speak, noting several short term indicators. StockTA also lists several Green indicators.
7 Day Average Directional Indicator: Green 10 - 8 Day Moving Average Hilo Channel: Green 20 Day Moving Average vs Price: Green Exponential Moving Average: Very Bullish Moving Average Convergence Divergence: Very Bullish Relative Strength Index: Bullish Three Day Displaced Moving Average: Bullish Low Analysis: Very Bullish

Recent Developments / Internal Changes:
With nearly 50 years of success and recognized leadership in the memory technology industry, DRAM looks forward to the next 50 years.
In late 2014 and into early 2015 Dataram began an aggressive transformation intended to refocus the business on providing traditional memory solutions, improving its market position, and returning the company to profitability. The Company believes the best is yet to come.
As part of the transformation, Dataram reset the business strategy, added new sales talent, realigned the global sales team, deployed a new CRM solution, and developed and communicated a new value proposition to business partners and customers.
The Company also engaged partners to extend its sales operations into geographies and segments where Dataram does not have an active presence, and assist the Company to further penetrate principal territories and segments where it has a presence.
Sun Microsystems:
Dataram is licensed by Sun Microsystems permitting use of Sun's patented technology in Dataram memory designs. The agreement includes technology for UltraSPARC IV and UltraSPARC III architecture used in current Sun servers and workstations and the UltraSPARC II architecture found in legacy systems. Dataram's Sun-compatible memory upgrades are designed and engineered to be 100% hardware and software compatible with Sun systems.
Conclusion:
I’ll list this again:
- Last year DRAM posted revenues of more than 28Mln Dlrs - Last year DRAM posted gross profit of over 4Mln Dlrs - Last quarter revenues topped 7.3Mln Dlrs - Last quarter gross profits were more than 1.4Mln Dlrs
These numbers are not normal for a company that currently resides at $1.52… yet DRAM was not always at such a low level:
- The 52-week high is 3.57 - At the beginning of this summer DRAM hit 3.20
Since that point it had slowly crept south until hitting a 52-week low of 1.10 in late August.
As we speak, however, the short-term chart is catching fire and DRAM is gaining momentum.
The question is, where will it go from here?
If this run continues it could translate to enormous percentages.
So let’s recap:
- very impressive numbers - RSI is Bullish as are several other indicators - the short-term chart is catching fire - recent rebound off its 52-week low - support activity
Now that sounds like the kind of situation that intrigues me.
As such we’re going to be keeping a very close eye on DRAM today.
Have it on your Watchlist and keep a close eye on it this morning… get started researching DRAM right away.
Remember, we always encourage you to do further research. Never take our word for it, read our disclaimer to see why, and of course always consult a professional.
It is important that you realize the highly speculative nature of this situation.
