Despite the issues we’ve seen in the rest of the market, for us day’s like Friday seem to be common place in 2016. In the past few weeks alone we’ve seen 5 different trip-digit runs or better (100, 194, 203, 324, and 1,212pct).
Tonight’s New Play is MSPC:
- MSPC just filed its quarterly report in which it listed assets of $5,526,638 - Since 2007, MSPC’s senior management has developed and invested in $450 million worth of hotel projects world-wide
Pretty impressive for a company that, like Friday’s triple-digit runner, is currently a subbie at under .01.

On Friday, alongside our big play, I watched MSPC skyrocket over 300% before settling back down, closing up 28% for the day. I’ve had my eyes on it for the past few sessions as it’s been building a very hot short-term chart…
… and after Friday’s mouth-watering action it seems set to become Monday’s hottest play:
Place MSPC on the Very Top of Your Watchlist Right Away
On Thursday of last week MSPC closed .0007. On Friday it opened at .0008 before reaching a high of .003.
That’s a run of more than 328% over the previous close and 275% from the open!
We’re expecting big things from this and have already identified key indicators that makes tonight’s play MSPC a MUST SEE tomorrow.

Metrospaces (MSPC) is a Real Estate and Development Company that acquires land, designs, builds, and develops then resells condominiums and Luxury High-End Hotels, principally in urban areas of Latin America. The Company's current projects are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Caracas, Venezuela.
Projects:
MSPC has some of the most impressive assets you’ll find anywhere in small markets and according to a statement the Company made just three days ago:
“We fully expect this to be the year where Metrospaces turns the corner from a development stage company, to a fully revenue generating company.”
And that’s just the beginning, the Company also states that they expect to be producing over $68Mln a year in revenues within 4 years!
Here are a few of MSPC’s Awesome Assets:
1) Important! Almost Completed Project: Telmo & Tango Apart-Hotel (Project Presentation / Sales Brochure): This will be the company's first completed project and the first to go on sale and generate revenue for the company. It is a 26-unit apart-hotel project based in San Telmo, Buenos Aires and is 95% completed. A very aggressive marketing and sales campaign has been launched and will continue to increase in the Latin American region. MSPC expects to generate approximately $2.5-3 million in revenue in the next 2 years as well as generate an additional $350,000 in annual revenue from the management of the apart-hotel suites.
2) Tulasi Mandir Hotel and Spa (Project Presentation): This is a 28-unit ultra-luxury hotel and villa project located in Coche Island, Venezuela. It is a high-end hotel and spa, aimed at more discerning clients. It will attend an unserved high-end market in Coche Island. Once stabilized, the hotel is expected to generate approximately $2.2Mln in revenue.
3) Hotel Santo Cristo de Pariaguan (Project Presentation): The hotel is a 122-room 4 star business hotel. The hotel looks to take advantage of the vast lack of hotel infrastructure in the Orinoco Oil Belt formation. Once stabilized, the project is expected to generate about $4M in annual revenue.
4) Ikal Lodge and Winery (Project Presentation): Ikal Lodge and Winery is a 75-hectare wine based hotel and vacation home project, located in Mendoza, Argentina. The amazing project consists of a 25-master suite luxury hotel, a world-class winery and 29 luxury villas that will be sold under fractional ownership. Total revenue from the sale of the villas is expected to be at approximately $100 million.
5) Quality of Life Boutique Hotel (Presentation): The Company has executed and paid for an option to acquire a 22-room luxury boutique hotel in Morrocoy, Venezuela. The acquisition is for approximately $1.5Mln. Currently, the hotel does about $300,000 in revenue. With the Company’s repositioning plan having been executed, MSPC expects to bring it to about $700,000.
6) El Naranjo Yunga Estates (Presentation): El Naranjo Yunga Estates project consists of 3000 hectares (7,143 acres) of undeveloped land in the pre-Amazon region, northern Argentina. It will have 32 lots of an average size of 45 hectares (112 acres) giving each owner a real sense of "land ownership" in one of the most beautiful getaway places on earth. Additionally, the property will have an 8-room boutique hotel run and operated by a renowned and prestigious luxury boutique hotel operator. Each lot is forecasted to be sold for $560K for a total project revenue of about $18Mln in 4 years, approximately.

The Chart:
Since the release of the February Letter linked above, MSPC has come alive over these last few sessions. It has risen sharply amongst spiking volume that is well over its daily average…
… and as such, the short-term chart is on Fire!
According to Barchart, the ever-important “7 Day Average Directional Indicator” is now listed as “Buy”!
Also Green in the short-term:
Exponential Moving Average (EMA) Analysis: Very Bullish Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) Analysis: Very Bullish Three Day Displaced Moving Average(TDD) Analysis: Bullish
Despite its recent rise, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at just 36, indicating “oversold”… there could still be a LOT of running room!
Latest Developments:
Just a few days ago, in it’s annual shareholder letter, MSPC stated:
“The beginning of the year has developed well within our forecast. We fully expect this to be the year where Metrospaces turns the corner from a development stage company, to a fully revenue generating company.”
Just before the above announcement, MSPC announced the “acquisition of a lake-front lot to build a 45-room luxury boutique hotel for $500K.”
Of this latest acquisition, Company CFO Oscar Brito, stated:
"With this acquisition, Metrospaces continues in its plan to acquire and develop world-class hotels in some of Latin America's most prestigious tourist sites.”

Conclusion:
JLL forecast global hotel real estate transaction volume to reach $68 Bln in 2015. This represents a 15% increase on 2014 levels and the third-highest annual total on record.
According to the report, the Americas will drive global volumes, with an expected $35.4 Bln in transactions.
In other words, MSPC is in the right place at the right time.
Oh, and did I mention that MSPC has already started producing revenues?
In the quarterly report that MSPC recently filed the Company reported revenues for the first six months of 2015 of $313,321!
This could be the beginning of very exciting events on the horizon.
To think that MSPC closed Friday as a subbie at just .0009 is almost unfathomable.
With the projects, the acquisitions, the recent news… and this is a subbie?
Wow!
We could have an EPIC play on our hands!
It would require more than a 350% rise in value in order for the market value to reach the Company’s assets!
And that’s if you ONLY consider the Company’s current assets.
IT is clear that MSPC is the “real deal” and not a profile you want to miss… it could be just too pretty to let pass by.
One thing is clear; MSPC has a lot going on. It has that “next big thing” potential and regardless of the angle from which you view MSPC it looks awesome right now.
As we speak it is rising off a recent low and with the RSI at just 36 there could be significant upside potential.
