In a Shareholder Update released earlier this month AXXE reported accelerated sales growth from Q1 to Q2.
That’s big for a company at this stage. AXXE reported their revenue could reach 1.5Mil per month, which would put the Company at an $18Mil run rate 2 years ahead of the schedule outlined in their business plan.
Dr. Daniel Bagi, President of Axxess Pharma stated in a press release from earlier today that, "Axxess Pharma and ABG are confident in Axxess' abilities to grow the brand world-wide. We have worked out a net sales forecast which includes minimum net sales in excess of $2.27 million in 2015."
The following quote from this analyst report really says it all:
“AXXE has the opportunity to justify a stock price approaching $0.90 based on $18 mln in revenue and a stock price of nearly $1.40 over the coming quarters if AXXE is able to demonstrate an ability to deliver revenue as projected and growth in revenue that seems possible based on the Company’s expanded distribution network.”
With a target like that and consistent news it’s no wonder people are getting interested in what’s going on here.
The Pharma & Natural Health markets are both massive and popular at the moment. Take a look:
- GNC expects the US Dietary Supplement market to reach nearly 40 Bln Dlrs by 2015.
- Global Industry Analysts, Inc. forecasts the Pain Management market to reach 77B by 2017.
- Glanbia PLC estimates the global sports nutrition market is worth 6B.
- Vestcom estimates the Vitamin/Mineral/Supplement market is valued at 30 Bln Dlrs in the U.S.
For the first time ever, the TapouT product line will be marketed using aggressive targeting on websites like ESPN.com, NCAA.com and a total of approximately additional 250k websites.
