My "Hot Enough to Vaporize You!" Alert is GMNI - Gemini Group Global

Who doesn't love a chance to play the unbelievably hot and insanely growth-heavy "vaporizer" and e-cigarette niche markets??
There are very few public companies in this space, despite the incredible growth.
Fresh off my last juicy winner, I believe GMNI might be capable of delivering another strong round of trading action.
The company, which focuses on the e-cigs and vaping sector, is riding a wave of strong industry news...including a major recommendation from some notable names who have begun to recommend e-cigs as a viable alternative to smoking.
GMNI’s technicals:
- GMNI is undergoing a short term uptrend. Market valuation has surpassed the 50 DMA of 0.05 with signs of continued movement in the near future.
- GMNI is trading with a 54 RSI. This confirms the bullish upside as well as the scope for upside growth hard-coded into the play.
- GMNI delivered monster gains on June 05, opening at 0.03 before rallying to a high of 0.06 for up to 100% intraday.
- GMNI also had a special delivery on June 18 (last Friday) when it opened at 0.05 before reaching a high of 0.07 for up to 40% intraday gains.
- Interest in GMNI is the highest it’s been in months. As a result the play is experiencing rising daily volatility which gives traders potentially profitable exit/entry opportunities.
- GMNI is one of very few companies that have an early-bird advantage in the e-cig and vaping market, currently worth $2.5B annually.
- It appears GMNI has a share count of just 25M in the public float – this is very tiny (relatively to industry numbers) just like I like it, and this kind of share structure is absolutely EXPLOSIVE!!
- GMNI is literally on the cusp of breaking ALL resistance, which could create an immense technical breakout!
Now this is a chart that's just looking to breakout if I've ever seen one:
Look at the intraday action!!
Each day has nearly flawless trading, look at how many PERFECT candlesticks there are on there. Those are "White Marubozu" perfect candlesticks. GMNI has tons of them up there, unbelievable!
This could REEEEALLY be a good one if it trades like I'm hoping it will.
Anti-Tobacco Veteran Sounds Off On E-Cigs, Gives Them Strong Recommendation
Doctor Derek Yach, senior vice-president of the Vitality Institute and a longtime anti-tobacco advocate recently stated that doctors should recommend electronic cigarettes as an effective smoking cessation tool.
During a media lunch hosted by the Electronic Cigarette Association of South Africa, Yach told the audience that given the undisputed negative consequences tobacco smoking has on public health, any potential impact electronic cigarettes may have simply pale in comparison.
“My concern, when tobacco is claiming 6 million lives a year, is the consequence of not using e-cigarettes,” said Yach, adding that doctors should recommend e-cigs to smokers looking to quit.
GMNI Makes E-Cigs And Vaping Its Number One Priority
GMNI has made its intention clear and those intentions are firmly rooted in the e-cig and vaping sector.
The company said in this release that it has launched a new corporate strategy to focus exclusively on businesses and investments within the electronic cigarette and vaping sector.

Gemini Group Global to Focus on Electronic Cigarette and Vaping Sector
FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 28, 2015) - Gemini Group Global Corp. (OTC PINK: GMNI) ("Gemini Group Global" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has launched a new corporate strategy to focus exclusively on businesses and investments within the electronic cigarette and vaping sector.
"The popularity and expansion of the global e-cigarette and vaping sector over the last five years has been absolutely astounding," commented Christopher N. Cox, CEO of Gemini Group Global. "But even after this rapid growth and with the possibility of stricter government regulations in the future, we are extremely confident that there will be even more potential opportunities to build leading brands and earn profits as the industry matures and weaker players are overtaken by newer and more innovative companies."
Cox concluded, "Over the last several weeks, we have already established a lot of the groundwork for our entry into the e-cigarette and vaping industry. I expect that our strategy will begin to gain momentum over the next few weeks as we start to advance partnerships to develop, market, and distribute our own brands of e-liquids, vaporizers, and mods."
Industry analysts estimate that the overall e-cigarette and vaping market expanded to $2.5 billion in 2014, up from about $1.7 billion the previous year, with mods and vaporizers growing at twice the rate as "cigalike" style products.
Wow this looks "hot!"
Plays like this often make you feel like you just "can't lose." But you should never be overconfident, always protect your downside and trade with extreme caution.
*** Be sure to trade with caution and to verify all information for yourself before trading. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before trading any alert. You may easily lose your entire investment. In my personal opinion, the vast majority of companies alerted in this newsletter are too risky for traditional investment, and are discussed here purely from a short-term/daytrading perspective. All traders should have substantial experience before engaging in the exceptionally risky process that is trading small, micro and nano-cap equities. Beware of morning gaps on evening alerts! ***
Here's a little tidbit I like.
GMNI is listed on Yahoo Finance as having a TOTAL marketcap of under $17,000!!
Take a look for yourself:
'
$16.58k.
That is really amazing, and would be one of the smallest marketcaps we've EVER alerted.
I say "would be" because I do NOT believe the data on Yahoo is actually correct. (I learned the hard way that sometimes the once in a while the data on Yahoo can be totally inaccurate)
I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
The reason I'm telling you about this is because other traders who aren't "in the know" like you will see that $17k marketcap and likely FREAK OUT! I believe that they will get very excited, and they may buy a whole lot of stock because they think it's the bargain of the century and has a share structure pointed at the moon.
That could be very good for us.
Especially since GMNI actually DOES have a very low float, and COULD get very explosive if strong buying were to come into it.
Keep your eyes on GMNI, this could get interesting in a hurry.

Any statements and opinions given are amateur and biased and should be treated as such. Past performance does not indicate future performance in any way. The performance of all alerts uncompensated and compensated in no way predict the performance of current and/or upcoming alerts. Check the latest SEC filings before investing, and research other information on the risks of investing in microcap companies at www.sec.gov
I would also like to explain to you in simple plain language, instead of overly complex and confusing "disclaimer language" many other newsletters use, exactly how I make money from operating this newsletter.
I am what is known as a STOCK PROMOTER!
That means I get paid to promote public companies. An "alert" is really a promotion. Check disclaimers and you will see this is the case at virtually all penny market newsletters. Many of you assume I make money by getting paid in stock, or something of that nature. This is not the case. I make money by getting paid in cash, not stock. Specifically, wire transfers in USD to my US based bank account. This is the way most newsletters you read operate, and how they make money too.
Sometimes I also have issued alerts where I get no payment and do not expect payment, and I just put out the alert at my own discretion. Typically speaking, most alerts I issue are promotions for which I am paid. You can always find this info in the disclaimer below.
Furthermore, while I always aggressively state the risks and dangers of trading my alerts, there is a danger that has recently come to my attention. Various individuals in this "industry" have been accused of issuing press releases and/or general company info for various OTC companies that is false, fraudulent, exaggerated, and so on and so forth. This means, even if you do very thorough due diligence on a stock, it is always possible that someone involved with the stock may have put false or exaggerated information out there that could be part of your research. There are only a few cases that I am personally aware of, but how widespread this issue is, is unfortunately unknown. You should keep this in mind when considering taking any trading action. This is further reason, in my personal opinion, why these OTC companies are not suitable for anything resembling a traditional investment. (Long term gains are extremely rare)
