The entertainment sector has been booming lately with companies like Bona film group increasing nearly 50% from its 52 week low almost a year ago and trading at life time highs of nearly 9 dollars a share!
FONU is a young company for sure but that doesn’t mean there isn’t huge potential here. FONU has seen increasing revenues over the last 3 years from 81k in 2012, 282k in 2013, and 343k in 2014!
FONU is priced at just under 4 cents a share and is showing a market value of 780k on OTCmarkets as of April 6,2015.
With such a tiny market value this ticker could be one of the fastest moving picks we’ve seen all year!
FONU has had some recent developments to look forward to as well.
Just yesterday FONU announced it would present at the 2 annual growth capital expo on April 13th
The Growth Capital Expo will feature Presentations by selected MicroCap and pre-IPO growth company management teams showcasing the best opportunities of the year for emerging growth investment. On March 31, 2015 FONU announced a definitive agreement had been signed to acquire Applebox Productions production equipment.
This is a huge development that will provide immediate cash flow for the company
“Through the Applebox acquisition, we will have virtually all of the physical equipment needed to make motion pictures," stated Jake Shapiro, Chairman of the Board of FONU2 Inc. "We will be moving this equipment to our property in Effingham County, Georgia, the site of our future facility. Not only will this equipment be utilized in the upcoming film to be directed by Penny Marshall, we will also be renting the equipment out to help service the Georgia Film Industry. Since we are a Georgia-based business, any film productions in Georgia that rent from us will qualify for the thirty percent tax credit on our film equipment rentals to them. We expect this to be an immediate cash flow generator for the Company, and view this acquisition as a major milestone not only for us, but our shareholders as well. This acquisition will also help to provide a serious level of film infrastructure for coastal Georgia."
Good luck and Happy Trading!
