New Trade Idea: EWRC

As I said in my previous email, last week was very average but things like that happen. This is why I spent the last couple of days looking for some nice small caps that you can capitalize on.
My line up for this week is filled with upside potential and I need you to be focused for what’s coming.

Why Is This Trade So Appealing?
One thing you probably learned fro me since you subscribed to my newsletter services is that I never rely on only one indicator when profiling a potential winner. I’m always looking for a mix of many indicators before calling a trade a potential winner.
This is exactly what we are having with EWRC. Let’s take a look at them.
First of all, EWRC has an RSI (Relative Strength Index) heading towards the 30-mark. This means that this trade has been heavily sold in recent trading session and a Coil Spring effect could take place any moment now.
A Coil Spring effect happens when a trade is pushed downwards and pops right back up into new highs…Could this happen with EWRC? Only one way to know:

Another indicator that sparked my curiosity is the MACD line. This one has been getting close to the zero line for the last couple of day which is a very bullish signal.
Another thing you probably learned fro me is that small caps, just like everything else in life, history is doomed to repeat itself. In the case of EWRC, in the month of February, we know that this one was trading above 20 cents. With its razor thin level and low float, EWRC could trade above 10 cents with the influx of volume before meeting any resistance.
