AXXE announced some HUGE news this past July that could possibly lead to some big things for the company.

AXXE has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TapouT (TAP) in which AXXE would receive world-wide exclusive rights, to market and sell a full line of pain relief and muscle recovery products, as well as develop and market a vitamin line under the TapouT brand. 

TapouT has become synonymous with the high performance and is the MOST RECOGNIZED MMA apparel brand in the world with professional athletes and fans alike who wear TapouT as a badge of honor symbolizing the brand's never quit fighting spirit.

In 2010, TapouT was purchased by ABG TapouT, LLC a division of Authentic Brands Group, LLC and has since expanded the brand globally with licensees throughout North America, South America, Australia, South Africa, UK and Europe.

This is not just any kind of line of pain-relief products. This premium line is ALL-NATURAL!

Studies have shown that acetaminophen in pain relievers can cause liver damage. This is pretty scary if you are someone who relies on pain medicine to get through the day.

 
All-natural pain relief products could be life changing!

Last month AXXE announced that Ray Olubowale will be joining the company as spokesperson and corporate ambassador!

For those of you who don't know who Ray Olubowale is, he is a professional heavyweight boxer whose boxing "alias" name is Mount Kilimanjaro. Several years ago he was crowned Heavyweight Boxing Champion of Canada. He also played Axe Undead" in the Resident Evil movie.

It was also last month that AXXE announced a license agreement with a Canadian manufacturer of injectable cancer medicines. Under the agreement, AXXE has full rights to the manufacturer's suite of cancer medicines for the Mexican market. The first will be paclitaxel, used as first-line therapy in a number of cancers such as breast, ovarian, lung, head and neck.

Earlier this week AXXE announced an Agreement in Principle to acquire a leading Canadian OTC healthcare company.

Yesterday the company announced that they have added Dr. Fred Maese, US Board-Certified Cardiologist and a member of the American College of Cardiology to their team.

AXXE just received an upgraded listing on the OTC Markets website this summer. This upgraded listing is expected to increase transparency and investor confidence.
