ZADDF - Zadar Ventures Ltd.
ZADDF HIGH SURF ADVISORY PROFILE
Surf Profile
Website: http://www.zad.rocks/
Zadar Ventures Ltd. is a resource company focused on the acquisition and exploration of economically viable green energy resources in jurisdictions favorable to mining and industry. The Company’s flagship Clayton Valley project is located directly adjacent to the Albemarle Silver Peak lithium project, which contains North Americas only producing lithium mine.
Zadar believes the balance of the quality uranium projects coupled with the lithium brine opportunity currently progressing in Nevada, affords a unique specialty minerals opportunity to the shareholders and allows the Company to explore and advance green energy and storage minerals as a one stop shop.
Uranium Projects
The West Carswell Project is one Of 5 Uranium Projects Zadar Is Looking Into Acquiring.
WEST CARSWELL PROJECT
Zadar has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the West Carswell project (8,157 hectares) which is situated on the west margin of the Carswell Structure, a multi-ring, roughly circular feature approximately 35 km in diameter that represents a “plug” of uplifted basement material (up to 2 km) within the Athabasca Basin boundary. The Carswell Structure is considered to be a meteorite-impact site or astrobleme. The Harrison Shear Zone is a regional fault/shear zone that forms part of the southwestern margin of the Carswell structure. The shear zone transects the northeastern part of the West Carswell project and is a significant target for potential uranium deposits.
Historic exploration comprised airborne and ground electromagnetic surveys and diamond drilling. The electromagnetic surveys outlined a strongly conductive feature named the MP Anomaly (~ 4.3 km long E/W by 1.2 km wide N/S). Reconnaissance drilling of the MP anomaly intersected evidence of uranium mineralization in the form of fault and hydrothermal breccia zones, elevated to anomalous boron (9-316 ppm) in the sandstone, weakly radioactive zones up to 60 metres wide in sandstones at the unconformity, and haematitic and radioactive basement granitoid rocks. The geophysical surveys also identified electromagnetic conductors associated with the Harrison Shear Zone which have not been drilled.

Lithium Projects
CR LITHIUM CLAIMS
The CR LITHIUM PROJECT is located in the eastern Clayton Valley, 18 kilometres southwest of the Rockwood Lithium Mine and Processing Plant Complex in Silver Peak, Esmeralda Country, Nevada. The claims cover over 330 hectares of basinal feature akin to the Clayton Valley.
This basin represents an isolated and un-drilled basin target which has the potential to host a similar lithium brine environment by virtue of its proximal location to the possible source of the lithium within the Clayton Valley system. This project area has been the subject of an initial gravity surveys and shows a basinal feature, which if closed, could host brines with elevated lithium concentrations

WSP LITHIUM PROJECT
The WSP LITHIUM PROJECT is located in the northern Clayton Valley, immediately adjacent to the Rockwood Lithium Mine and Processing Plant in Silver Peak, Esmeralda Country, Nevada, North America’s only Lithium Production operation. The WSP Claim block cover 425 hectares of ground permissive to host brines containing elevated concentrations of lithium. A USGS test drillhole (CV-2) located ~600m from the eastern claim boundary reported a 55ppm Li maximum content from analyzed water samples.
