Good Evening Fellow Traders, I can’t hide the fact that it has been a slower day for us even if my call on ABIO was good. It gapped way too high to be safe, the only way would have been to buy pre-market, which I know some have done. You just need the right platform to do it. I’m going to show you a few charts of stocks and update you on some of them. After so many good trades, like I said yesterday, I prefer not to force it unless I see something very good.
The pattern I saw materialized but the gap made it a down day all day that is except for the pre-market traders. But for pre-market traders there was a chance to get a few
Also the IMNG trade ended today at the open by piercing yesterday’s low and it was met with massive selling.
SWVI made an interesting move today and if it can keep this momentum it can probably run some more, now that it’s piercing the recent resistance of 0.42. Now at 0.45, make sure you track the lows of the previous day and this stock should move up from this point, if not it will negate what could be another leg up…for quick traders…
I will finish tonight’s newsletter with ADXS. This one consolidated like any large cap would and has had a nice break out of its base. If it doesn’t gap too much tomorrow, it could be good for a quick 20-30pct. But beware it’s a bit extended but if whatever reason for the buying continues, it could run still… This type of volume on a NYSE or NASDAQ Small Cap, I would trust more than OTCQB But there has been strong accumulation recently…. The daily chart shows the break from the base after 2 big impulses from the bottom in the last few months: ADXS:
Also a quick view of the weekly shows that we are getting into a congestion area, where there might be sellers coming in…so this is for the quick traders
