Good Morning, Trader!
Now that St. Patrick’s Day is behind us, put that green beer down and take another look at Drinks Americas Holdings Ltd. (DKAM).
As you recall from the last time we looked at DKAM, these are the guys who brew “Mexicali,” “Red Pig,” “Day of the Dead” and Chili Beer.
But then, if you recall how well DKAM did for us the last time it rang my bells, you probably need no incentive to get the chart back on your screen:
January 28 was when I tooted my horn about how great DKAM looked at $0.017. Three days later, we saw it zoom up 50%!
Since then, DKAM has zigged and zagged with the broad market, but I’m officially “intrigued” at the steady ramp the last 3 weeks have printed.
Right here, coincidentally, we’re back at that historic $0.017 mark, if you happen to be superstitious! (What trader isn’t?)
And right here, the RSI and MACD both seem right on the edge of flashing the signal for the bulls to come running back into DKAM’s arms!
Is DKAM due another breakout swing? Down here at this level, there’s definitely room to keep a party rolling when it starts!
That party, of course, will be fueled with Mexican beer (like all parties should). DKAM has been signing deal after deal after DEAL to get its brew into high-end markets.
Here’s New York City. Here’s Los Angeles. Those hipsters in Austin. Denver. “Day of the Dead” is a hit in 32 states already! (Read more)
I told you weeks ago that Mexico knows beer. Think Corona, Dos Equis, world-class brands that conglomerates would pay BILLIONS to acquire. (Read more)
And as DKAM pushes its “craft” beers to cult status, the beer press is cooperating with awards, magazine covers, all kinds of exposure.
The USDA says Mexican craft beer is growing its sales 50% to 60% per year and maybe 440 MILLION gallons of it go to the United States. (Read more)
How much of that multi-billion-dollar market does DKAM really need to justify a Guinness-level market cap?
With roughly 171 million reported dinky little DKAM shares on the market as of mid-November, it doesn’t take much beer to move this 1-cent lightweight.
And in the here and now, the chart tells you the market is getting a little thirsty for DKAM. Remember the last time? Don’t miss the buzz!
May all your trades be green!
