Good morning everyone.
The market is opening soon and DEPN is looking avery exciting due to their exciting annual report with monster revenue numbers coming out just yesterday.
Looking forward to seeing what unfolds in DEPN's near future...
Tick tock market is about to open!
Read my DEPN full alert below:
My New Power Play Alert is DEPN - Delaine Corporation
About Delaine Corporation:
Delaine Corporation, a development stage company, focuses on development and marketing of solutions for homeowners, and maintenance and construction professionals.
Delaine Corporation is an online retailer of used auto parts under the brand name Car Monkeys.
The Company utilizes proprietary algorithms developed in 2008 by Mariusz Girt, the Company's president.
According to the Company's recent filings, DEPN's proprietary search and consolidation algorithm allows them to show customers all parts that meet their specific needs. DEPN states it's far more sophisticated than normal search engines, this technology understands and accounts for the fact that many identical parts and assemblies are shared across multiple models, model years, and even across brands.
Most owners are completely unaware that parts from a completely different vehicle may be an exact fit for their application. Ordinary search engines do not account for this interchangeability, and as a result, severely limit the customer's range of choices. Working from this expanded field of prospects, a second proprietary component of DEPN's technology applies advanced AI techniques to perform a complex analysis to identify parts that are competitively priced as well as of verifiable quality. This component allows the Company to assess all resultant prospects, and display those that simultaneously represent the best value to their customers, a reasonable profit margin, and, a predictive quality metric that allows DEPN to offer a 5-year unlimited-mileage warranty on used parts purchased from the Company.
The technology also includes a fulfillment module, and a fulfillment follow-up module, allowing real time searching of over 157 million auto parts from a trusted network of suppliers, as well as an automated process to identify in-transit shipments, and shipment problems.
What really got my goose cooking about this one was their 10K Annual Report was released just a few hours ago!
DEPN's numbers are mind-blowing, and virtually NOBODY knows about them yet.
Take a look at the report yourself:

Check out this inspiring quote:
"During the fourth quarter of fiscal year ended June 30, 2013 we launched our online store under the brand Car Monkeys, to introduce our product line to the marketplace. During the three months ended September 30, 2013 we commenced operating our second website under the brand Low Mileage Parts. As of the first quarter of fiscal 2014 we were no longer in the Development Stage."
Fantastic! If there's ever a time when a company looks extremely attractive to real "investors," it's right when they leave the Development Stage. DEPN could start to look mighty interesting to a lot of people...
How about this one?
"Accordingly, the Company realized $672,858 in net revenue during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 which represents sales since the website launch as compared to $3,210 in net revenue for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013. The Company had a net income of $94,583 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 compared to a net loss of $331,020 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013."
Net revenue 2013...$3,210.
Net revenue 2014...$672,858.
That's a mind-warping 20,861% gain in year over year NET revenue. My Lord that is insanity!!
Just as impressively, year over year true NET INCOME went from a large $331k loss to a $95k profit.
These are big moves, and this could be absolutely electrifying to traders out there. DEPN also TRIPLED its cash on hand!

Expenses also increased substantially and they still show up as an OTC Yield, but it appears that overall DEPN pulled through and delivered great increases in their most important numbers on the brand new annual report.
Given the fact that they have a low 9 cent share price, this report hitting could get a lot of short-term traders drooling over a possible play setting up here.
The market overall has been icy cold, so traders have got to be feeling pretty eager right now to get into the few hot situations that are available in these wild times. The OTC market is usually nice and isolated from the overall market. A FRESH situation that nobody has traded yet, with brand new huge numbers hitting the news wires for a tiny 9 cent company??
That's an explosive looking situation.
DEPN is like the hot cup of cocoa with fluffy marshmallows that all of the traders, exposed to the freezing recent cold, are desperately seeking.
Wow, sounds very impressive. But don't get caught up in the excitement, trade cautiously and carefully!
*** Be sure to trade with caution and to verify all information for yourself before trading. Do your own research and consult with a licensed professional before trading any alert. You may easily lose your entire investment. In my personal opinion, the vast majority of companies alerted in this newsletter are too risky for traditional investment, and are discussed here purely from a short-term/daytrading perspective. All traders should have substantial experience before engaging in the exceptionally risky process that is trading small, micro and nano-cap equities. USE EXTRA CAUTION OVERALL AND ESPECIALLY REGARDING GAPS, AS THIS IS AN EVENING ALERT. ***
DEPN could be the refuge from the market that everybody around here is seeking.
This brand new FRESH situation.
These BIG numbers.
This TINY little stock.
Keep your eyes on DEPN. The big numbers just hit and the timing couldn't be better. This is one you're going to want to watch very close so you don't miss a single thing.

I would also like to explain to you in simple plain language, instead of overly complex and confusing "disclaimer language" many other newsletters use, exactly how I make money from operating this newsletter.
I am what is known as a STOCK PROMOTER!
That means I get paid to promote public companies. An "alert" is really a promotion. Check disclaimers and you will see this is the case at virtually all penny market newsletters. Many of you assume I make money by getting paid in stock, or something of that nature. This is not the case. I make money by getting paid in cash, not stock. Specifically, wire transfers in USD to my US based bank account. This is the way most newsletters you read operate, and how they make money too.
Sometimes I also have issued alerts where I get no payment and do not expect payment, and I just put out the alert at my own discretion. Typically speaking, most alerts I issue are promotions for which I am paid. You can always find this info in the disclaimer below.
Furthermore, while I always aggressively state the risks and dangers of trading my alerts, there is a danger that has recently come to my attention. Various individuals in this "industry" have been accused of issuing press releases and/or general company info for various OTC companies that is false, fraudulent, exaggerated, and so on and so forth. This means, even if you do very thorough due diligence on a stock, it is always possible that someone involved with the stock may have put false or exaggerated information out there that could be part of your research. There are only a few cases that I am personally aware of, but how widespread this issue is, is unfortunately unknown. You should keep this in mind when considering taking any trading action. This is further reason, in my personal opinion, why these OTC companies are not suitable for anything resembling a traditional investment. (Long term gains are extremely rare)
