The good news started when VIZS announced that it had completed the due diligence required for the acquisition of Kimberly Parry’s brand of organic beauty of wellness products. Under the terms of the acquisition, Kimberly Parry and her world-renown brand of products would become the visible face of VIZS and the main vehicle for generating revenues for the company.
VIZS then ramped up the push to create greater visibility and market penetration by launching an ecommerce website to handle the online sales and distribution of the newly acquired Kimberly Parry line. The website hosted at http://kimberlyparry.com quickly garnered investor interest and VIZS potential started to come more sharply into focus.
VIZS took another step in ensuring continued revenue growth when it fully integrated the Wai Hope product line with its flagship Kimberly Parry organics. This added an immediate boost to the revenue capacity of VIZS and the company wasted no time in adding yet another element to its marketing and distribution machine.
In January 2013 VIZS announced the launch of its "Ask an Esthetician" service on the company’s ecommerce website. This opened a direct t and interactive channel between Kimberly Parry Organics and the legion of customers already supporting the brand. The new initiative allows for two-way interaction between customers and VIZS’ trained Estheticians by way of advice and questionnaires. The service also gives customers a chance to buy products during their consultations – another savvy strategy that is sure to boost revenues.
VIZS announced in May that Kimberly Parry was set to appear on TV with the grandson of legendary oceanographer Jacques Cousteau. The appearance culminated with Jean-Michel Cousteau giving VIZS his unreserved endorsement for the purity of its products. This of course instantly raised the profile of VIZS in the eyes of investors.
And, if you needed any greater validation of VIZS’ power, the company has just announced that Kimberly Parry is set to showcase their products in California's prestigious State of Beauty Pavilion at Beauty World in Dubai.
