Good Morning, Remember last night I went over some levels CGAC has to get through to breakout and what that would do to a measly $1K trade? Well, forget all of those numbers and think bigger as CGAC made a very important announcement last night that went unnoticed but needs every traders attention: CGAC Files S-1 Registration Statement With SEC
"today announced that it has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with the intent of becoming a fully reporting company with the SEC." “The desire to file a Form S-1 registration statement and to become a fully reporting company in the eyes of the SEC, has always been an integral part of our business plan as this signifies to our loyal shareholders, our continued commitment to reporting and transparency,” commented George J. Powell, III, CEO of Code Green Apparel." So.... what does all of this mean for us as traders and investors? This is where learning to read between the lines becomes a very important part of trading.... CGAC is showing us in a non "in your face" fashion that they are taking the proper steps to set them selves up for bigger and better things to come. When a company takes steps to become fully reporting with OTCMarkets as they have, and then does an S1 registration to be fully reporting with the SEC, the next step is most likely to go OTCQBB. Any one that has been trading for more then a year knows what happens to charts when they take such measures and CGAC, a perfect bottom bounce chart set up is primed for an even bigger move then I anticipated: RSI - Moving up from oversold range, Very Bullish Price - Trending right at the support line of .02. Bullish MACD - Far under zero line, a very bullish indication Acc/Dist - At absolute bottom for the first time in months. It doesnt take a rocket scientist at this point to see that CGAC chart might be primed for a huge move... but what really has me interested is the choice that this company made to be a commercial clothing company provider vs retail like most. Again, reading between the lines here but if you recall, the last apperal company I showed you a few years back moved from a buck to over $24 in a matter of a few weeks. If you have not started your research on CGAC, please do so now and get ready the fight is about to start.
Sincerely,
SSR
