Green Gold Leaping On Cash Infusion

Good Morning!

News flash: the Fed did its thing LAST week, it’s time to trade! And with charts like CBIS crowding my screen, I’m ready to GO:

CBIS just started selling products based on the “mellow green” plant that was banned for so long in California dispensaries. Now they’re talking to big money about investing $15-25 million to take their research to the FDA and move into much wider medical markets. 

That news drove the chart straight from a lowly $0.013 to a stratospheric $0.048 last month when just about everything else on Wall Street was under extreme pressure. Where we come in is the way CBIS consolidated in a tight pennant pattern, with the action “fluttering” down to a sharp triangular point right here at $0.03. 

Technically CBIS can go either way but even a little bump to the upside adds up to a breakout, smashing the ceiling and creating a new floor. If this chart moves an inch, it can fly a mile. What else does a red-blooded trader want?
