BTZO just completed an acquisition of Digispace. "Digispace Solutions, LLC is an online performance-based advertising company offering a variety of services to assist in the development of a company's online presence, marketing, tracking and customer management. It provides proprietary web technologies to power online strategies and solutions." This translates into revenues for BTZO and a lot of them. Digispace had revenues of over $4.5 million in 2010 alone. Projections are double that for 2011.
BTZO released news this morning on just how big the DigiSpace Acquisition is. DigiSpace was voted one of INC magazine's fastest growing private companies. They hold this prestigous award alongside household company names like Vizo, Dunkin Donuts, etc. The fact this company is now going to be a public company is huge.
Many investors are anticipating what financials are going to look like and how much BTZO is going to have logged in as revenues. It's safe to say with completeing transactions like this, the company has plenty of revenues and money to move forward. We project the stock price in the near term future at between .70 and 1.5 and above.
There are a heck of a lot apps in the world today. Last count ( in late January 2011), there were more than 700,000 apps across iPhones, Android, Windows, Nokia, Blackberry and other smaller platforms. More than 14 billion apps have been downloaded. That’s a lot of apps.
So how do small to medium-sized developers rise above this enormous cluster, get recognized and get their apps sold to end users? This is what Bitzio does best.
And for end users, how do they find the right apps for them? This is also what Bitzio does best.
