BRZL is the perfect oil penny play and has already shown day traders a 50% gain more than once in the past week! About Brazos International Exploration, Inc. BRZL, founded in 2007, is an oil and gas exploration and development company with initial focus on the acquisition and development of oil and gas assets in the onshore Gulf Coast region. Company Website: http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=ImaEw&m=J1X1aC5uvqZ777&b=qdIc5ThHKxqNU6l13R9GVw James Renfro, slated to act as CEO of BRZL once the acquisition is complete, is enthusiastic about the company's future.
"We expect immediate profits will come from oil and gas production generated by the assets we will acquire. Our management team has experience in this area and we have a wide number of contacts in the industry." Industry Facts: Prices of base metals (copper, lead, zinc, etc.) are at historic highs. Gold, silver and platinum are at their highest prices in years, and uranium is currently over $66.00 per pound. The same mining prospects from a few years ago that would be rejected are now economically feasible.
Exploration for minerals all over the world has opened new areas for investigation. With Libya in turmoil, the price of a barrel of oil in the U.S. up 29 percent from a year ago, and President Obama recently approving the 1st deepwater drilling permit since the Gulf Oil Spill, Brazos' (future) Louisiana based Cameron Parish site, as well as other claims might get the push needed to start churning out cash! Breaking News: 3/9/11 Brazos nearing completion of Renfro Energy Acquisition With the proposed acquisition of Renfro Energy, BRZL will acquire assets with existing producing and injection wells as well as developmental and exploration acreage.
This acreage has potential for significant oil reserves as determined by subsurface well control and Three Dimensional Seismic data. Lac Dube claims BRZL announced on Wednesday that they acquired a 100% undivided right, title and interest in and to several mineral claims located in the Laurentides Region near Mont Laurier, Quebec, as filed for record with Quebec Resources Naturelles et Faune.
Their plan of operation is to determine whether the Lac Dube claims contain reserves of Uranium, gold and/or silver that are economically recoverable. BRZL Mining Prospects: Cameron Parish BRZL will own the Cameron Parish School Board Lease; an 880-acre property located 25 miles east of Port Arthur, Texas and 5 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. This property was producing 15 barrels of oil per day and is awaiting the reconnection of an oil sales pipeline to return to production.
Such reconnection is anticipated to be accomplished within 60 days. Immediate development plans on this property includes the drilling of four new wells. Business Strategy: The first step in reaching Brazos' initial goal of $250 Million can be accomplished by developing their existing asset base. Company resources and capital is focused primarily in areas of expertise, including the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast.
BRZL also plans on making two to four acquisitions in the $5 million to $20 million range, which could bolster their market cap up to the $250 million mark. According to info. listed on Brazos' website, in order to reach a goal of $500 Million or more within three years, they'll need a systematically and carefully planned growth program. Brazos will be focused on generating acquisitions of complementary businesses, such as the transportation and storage of crude oil and petroleum products.

BRZL Technical Indicators: BRZL closed at $0.0121 cents in trading Wednesday, with over 1.9 million in volume.
This is more than 7x the 10-Day avg. volume of 275,000, so investors seem to be in rally mode right now! With the stock trading consistently only since Jan. 31, this likely means that there are still way more buyers than sellers, which can lead to momentous breakouts, as seemed to be the case on Wednesday. It's also very likely that many of those early investors that stuck around for as much as 65% gains from Mar 2 to the High on Mar 3 have already moved out of their positions and booked decent profits, so rallies like today are possible. Momentum can happen as activity picks up and we expect similar activity today (Thursday).
BRZL.PK is our momentum bounce play of the week! With many investors looking like they booked intraday profits Wednesday that leaves the door open for yet another rally in Thursday's trading. With the Renfro acquisition looking like a done deal, the opportunity to lock in a position now might prove critical. We recommend that members take a look at BRZL and consider jumping in before it's too late. Have a great evening and let's make some money today! As always please do your own research this evening, and keep a close eye on BRZL.PK Thursday, as we believe the stock could make a serious move.
