Today's Bargain play had some restrictions that did not allow for trading on all platforms it seems. I do apologize for that as that is something I usually make sure to check before profiling a new Bargain Pick. Now I think this sub-penny bargain I have will get me back on track. This one does trade on all platforms and started picking up some activity today. It finished the day up over 13% and the last time it was at this level in the beginning of the month it had a pretty nice run. I see this one more of a Day-Trade Bargain which could potentially make traders some quick gains tomorrow. Seeing other newsletters also profiling this company makes me believe we could definetly see some momentum pick up tomorrow. Now enough with the small talk and time to get to the nitty gritty of introducing you to my sub-penny pick:

 HRTE is a growing developer of wind energy engaged in planning, developing, acquiring and operating wind farms within the United States to generate clean, profitable wind energy.

 The market demand for wind power is growing rapidly, spurred by New and improved federal and state incentives, optimistic private equity investors and sustained consumer demand.

 Wind Energy may soon be the cheapest way to produce energy on a large scale. The cost of producing wind energy has come down by at least eighty percent since the eighties.

 HRTE is developing wind energy projects which co-locate wind farms with commercial businesses in order to maximize cash flow for each project.

 Texas leads the nation in wind power production. Texas has more installed wind power than any other U.S. state and all but five countries worldwide.

 HRTE is also developing in Texas.

 HRTE recently acquired their first wind project at Cycle Ranch Motocross Park, a popular commercial speedway.

 HRTE`s first project is its Cycle Ranch Motocross Park located in Floresville, Texas (the state now leading the nation in wind power production).

 HRTE is developing a wind farm on the property that host an established revenue-producing motocross speedway drawing thousands of fans, spectators and competitors each week.

 In addition to bringing wind power to Cycle Ranch, HRTE is now also focused on developing solar power on the site.

 According to the European Photovoltaic Industry Association, global investment in solar panels, which topped $46 billion in 2010, is expected to double within the next five years.

 Cycle Ranch Motocross Park has ample acreage and exposure for both solar and wind power facilities.

 Cycle Ranch was recently selected to host the Off-Road Championship, known as the "TRAXXAS TORC Series" on October 15th and 16th.

 HRTE is preparing for the public and national television audience with a new permanent off-road park and upgraded facilities for spectator viewing and championship racing.

 Last week, HRTE also announced the History Channel filmed an episode of hit series "Top Gear" at Cycle Ranch, which featured a Monster Truck competition on April 1st.

 The public was invited to attend and be a part of the event, which will air on The History Channel`s national television network later this year.

 All the media attention should add to Cycle Ranch revenues as HRTE continues the expansion of its wind park and planned development of solar arrays.
