Our newest announcement is AXXE!

AXXE announced some HUGE news this past July that could possibly lead to some big things for the company.

Axxess Pharma Inc is a specialty Health Care Products Company dedicated to improving health and quality of life by offering select medicines, nutritional supplements and over the counter remedies all across the Americas. AXXE's goal is to bring additional products to the market and provide new, innovative options for better health spanning areas such as high cholesterol, blood pressure, acute pain, to optimal health management through improved nutritional supplements.

The company's 23 wholly-owned prescription and non-prescription products are targeted to improve health-related conditions including several forms of iron deficiency, bone loss, rheumatoid arthritis, migraine headaches, urinary tract infections, infant cradle cap, joint pain and much more. AXXE intends to market these products with affordable pricing and widespread availability.

As they say, a company is only as good as it's leaders.  Daniel Bagi, M.D. is President of AXXE and a senior executive physician with 20+ year’s international experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, with an emphasis on Product Development, Business Development and licensing.  And boy has he put this experience to the test....

This Summer AXXE made national headlines inking a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the top MMA apparel brand, TapouT! 

You may have seen TapouT apparel on such MMA legends as Shane Carwin, Rampage Jackson, Chuck Lidell and more!  TapouT is pretty much SYNONYMOUS with the fastest growing sport in the world!

Under the deal, AXXE would receive world-wide exclusive rights, to market and sell a full line of pain relief and muscle recovery products, as well as develop and market a vitamin line under the TapouT brand.

Dr. Daniel Bagi, President of Axxess Pharma, Inc., stated,
“This is an exciting time for our company. Our partnership with TapouT will provide AXXE with an additional six products that are ready to launch. Our initial goal, once the deal has been finalized, is to aggressively market this line of premium all-natural pain-relief products across North America...Global growth is anticipated to be fueled through TapouT’s sponsorship of MMA events. The second wave of TapouT branded products will be a premium vitamin line, which we anticipate launching in 2014.”

Needless to say this could be HUGE for AXXE!  TapouT is not only one of the hottest apparel brands in the world right now but it represents a sport that continues to grow every year!  And now AXXE has full license to produce products and market under this name!


But it gets better....

AXXE followed this on Aug 1st with news of a licensing agreement with Biolyse Pharma Corp's suite of Cancer drugs for the Mexican market.

Then on Aug 14th, the company announced former Boxing Heavyweight Champion, Ray Olubowale, has joined the AXXE team as spokesperson and corporate ambassador!

AXXE also announced another MOU to Acquire a leading Canadian OTC Healthcare Company on Sept 4th.  They have yet to announce the finalization of this acquisition, but rest assured, we will continue to watch for any developments as it could have a tremendous impact on the company!
